Sunday Services: 9am Worship | 10:15 Grow | 11am Worship More info at

At Galilee, we believe that we are ordinary people called to an extraordinary purpose: to know Christ and to make Him known. We got our start in 1959, when the residents of Broad Run Farms dreamed of creating their own church. Worship began in our original building in 1965. Sunday morning services are at 9 and 11. We incorporate a variety of music into our worship and would love for you to join us. We’d especially like to see you at our Grow Hour of small groups between services. We’re more than a church. We’re also a preschool, a community center that houses recovery and support programs, a headquarters for scout groups, and a busy gym full of individual and team sports competitions and practices. Welcome to Galilee…we hope you make this your church home.

Mission: At Galilee, we are ordinary people given an extraordinary purpose: to know Christ and to make Him known.

We need prayer partners for our Costa Rica missioners, who are leaving soon.

This Sunday, join us as we bid farewell to our Family Ministry Director and her family.

Each week during the 40 weeks of the school year, the work of Backpack Buddies is pretty simple:

Food goes in bags.
Bags go in bins.
Bins go to schools.

Last week's workflow was a bit different. The food came from nearby Community Lutheran Church - Sterling, VA whose children and families packed 400 bags and delivered them in a veritable monsoon. There’s faithful commitment!

Before we could put those bags into bins, they needed to be dried by dehumidifier—which caused a considerable delay. Happily, the Transitions Class at Dominion High School came in to help with the work, putting all 400 bags in fresh, newly-purchased bins bought with money from a $5,000 grant from the Backpack Buddies Foundation of Loudoun Inc.

We couldn't keep the program going without community partners like these! Thank you Community Lutheran Church, Dominion High School, and Backpack Buddies Foundation of Loudoun.

Also, thank you and thank God!

Eat at Panera tonight to support Backpack Buddies! Show this flyer. Ordering online? Enter the code “PRFUND” so the program receives credit.
