Blank Test Info The Faith Committee was created under the Mission Peace Collaborative to help address the issues of violence in the Mission District through the power of prayer and faith in The Risen Lord Jesus Christ.

Mission: As a group of concerned christians, our mission is to successfully bring a message of faith, hope and love to promote peace in the Mission District of San Francisco. There has been a reoccurring problem with gun violence, murders, gang activity and drug abuse within our neighborhoods. We believe that this is caused by lack of direction and hope for our children, young people, and their families. We have chosen to make a difference in the lives of hurting people to “Stop the Violence”.
