The translucent quality of these red jade stones is quite striking! They shine with a luster that stands out and inspires one to pray. The simple Miraculous medal centerpiece gives this rosary a timeless, classic elegance. The red jade beads also call to mind the Holy Spirit, making this a perfect gift to commemorate a Confirmation!

Whether for yourself or as a gift for someone special in your life, this heirloom quality sacramental will surely be cherished for decades to come!
Thank you for the wonderful celebration yesterday. It was a day that inspires us all in the Franciscan movement. Now on to the next 100 years! Jim Hagen, Hispanic Ministry-Third Order-Province of the Americas.

Please convey to Bro. Robert Hugh my heartfelt congratulations and good wishes on his 50th Profession Anniversary. It is good to know he is still with us! Knowing him has been a blessing.
Hi, there! How would go about in getting information on the discernment process and becoming a brother? Thanks--Josh

Franciscan Friars in the Episcopal Church since 1919. Our brothers seek to follow Christ after the example of Francis of Assisi, in service of the poor.

The Society of St. Francis is a world-wide Franciscan community within the Anglican Communion. The Province of the Americas is part of the Episcopal Church. St. Francis was born in Italy into a wealthy merchant family in the town of Assisi. Through war, imprisonment, and ill health he discovered humility. Through dreams, revelations and insights, he discovered God's calling for him. We brothers of

Society of St Francis at Mission House, St Mary’s

Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends. We will not livestream our Evening Prayer tonight as we prepare our own Thanksgiving feast.

We are praying today in Thanksgiving for many blessings, and in hope for health and healing for our world.

We are mindful this day of all whose hard work and sacrifice brought this food to our table, and of all those who are and have been without all the things they need because of systems of greed and inequality.

We are particularly aware of the native peoples of America, whose quaint role in traditional Thanksgiving imagery belies the truth of generations of oppression, marginalization, and violent mistreatment —both historic and to this day. May God guide us to justice.

The poem in the image, by Nancy Wood, is inspired by the thought and spirituality of the Pueblo people among whom she lived.

Thomas and Damien began their work today with the Fellows of the NY Service and Justice Collaborative. NYSJC is a ministry of the Diocese of New York and an affiliate of the Episcopal Service Corps. The Fellows spend a year in NY living in intentional community and working for a variety of service and justice agencies in the city. The Brothers will be facilitating their weekly formation sessions focused on personal development, spiritual practices, community living and various social justice issues. We’re thankful for this wonderful opportunity.
