As many of you must have heard, Ari Fuld, a brave fighter on behalf of the the state of Israel and the Jewish people, was murdered this past weekend. This event was such a tragedy and the entire Jewish world is feeling tremendous pain for the loss of our brother. Ari visited San Francisco last year and spent Shabbat with our community and even spoke from our pulpit. He made a huge impression on many, including myself. His devotion and passion for Israel was evident in his every word.

Our community is starting a fundraiser to raise money for Ari’s wife and 4 children.

Please go to https://www.adathisraelsf.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=18&Itemid=10 and make a donation and specify it is for the Fuld family. You can also mail a check to the shul office at 1851 Noriega street, San Francisco CA 94122.

Rabbi Landau will be in Israel visiting the Fuld family this Fall and will give over what was raised by the San Francisco community. 100% of what is raised will go to the family.
