Azalea Park Baptist School is a private Christian school that has been successfully serving the Orlando community for over 53 years!
[09/02/15] On August 10th, 2015, Azalea Park Baptist School stopped being Azalea Park Baptist School. It was taken over by ruthless people who claim to be followers of Christ. Since, it has changed it's name, and the way they teach the Bible. This page is no longer affiliated with the new regime, but to honor the past of APBS.
[08/10/15] Dear APBS Families. MS Wolfe has been relieved of her position as Director. Many teachers are packing their classrooms up now. Please pray, come help today if you can help with packing. Spread the word please.
Check out this video we made from our 2015 Fieldtrip to Canaveral National Seashore where we planted out mangrove seeds! Enjoy!

Going through old photos today! I found some great vintage APBS from early 1990's. You may recognize some faces! This was at a Park where we held our Sports Banquet. My oldest daughter, Lauren, is in some of these photos. Enjoy!
[05/09/15] Field Trip Week is coming!! Please join us on Monday, May 11th at 1:00 p.m. as we welcome Dr. Melinda Donnelly, UCF College of Biology, to our school. Dr. Donnelly assisted us in planting our mangrove seeds in September 2014. On Monday she will talk to us about the upcoming field trip to Canaveral National Seashore, and the importance of planting mangrove seeds along the shoreline. On Tuesday and Thursday our elementary students will travel to Mosquito Lagoon where they will plant mangrove seedlings under the direction of UCF, and National Park Services. We are very excited to be a part of this real "Life Science" experience that will promote healthy waterways for generations to come! Way to go Crusaders!
[05/09/15] A "HUGE" Thank-you for making Teacher Appreciation Week so lovely! Azalea Park Baptist School feels very blessed!
As the sun rises over Azalea Park Baptist School our mangrove seedlings seem to say "good morning world"!
5th grade loves going to our Library on Fridays. ♡
Dr. Sylvia Earl was one of our 5th grade "Time for Kids" mystery person this year. My class was so interested that I know her. As we think about earth day this Wednesday, April 22nd, let us all remember we are the stewards of this beautiful, God given planet we call home. Lets all remember to recycle, reduce, and reuse!
APBS is represented by 5th grade at the 2015 UCF book Festival.
http://www.nps.gov/state/fl/index.htm On May 12th & 14th our elementary grades at Azalea Park Baptist School will take a field trip to Canaveral National Seashore. This is a pristine National Park where our students will learn about the importance of mangrove trees to our waterways, and the thousands of creatures they provide habitat for. We are honored to partner with NPS, and the University of Central Florida/College of Biology to offer our students "hands-on" science in a meaningful way! We will participate under the guidance of Dr. Melinda Donnelly, who has dedicated her professional career to researching mangrove trees. In September of 2014, our student body planted mangrove seeds at school. During the course of our year we have watched our seedlings grow. This field trip experience completes the cycle of learning as we place our seedlings in their natural environment. Here they will grow & flourish - our students will be able to bring their children, and grandchildren to the spot where they planted their seed! Please sign your field trip permission form, and return to school with your $7.00 to help pay for the transportation costs due May 1st. Thank you for your support!
