The Sunday Morning Worship Service is the highlight of our church week. The messages center around biblical preaching which can strengthen your faith, encourage you in times of trouble, and convict you from turning away from God. The music is content-driven and energetic, combining Christian adult contemporary with great hymns of history for a uniquely blended worship style. This service is held in the Sanctuary. Once a quarter we celebrate the Lord's Supper.
Mission: Continuing the pioneering spirit of our founding members, we seek ways to better share the Gospel with the lost. We remain a church dedicated to the service of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Let’s think about this image as we prepare for Palm Sunday and Easter. This Year We Celebrate the First Easter Instead of the Last.
Our sanctuary will be empty and we will instead worship together from home online. We may just gain an appreciation for the true meaning of Easter because we’ll experience it in the same way the very first Christians did almost 2000 years ago . . .

Keeping our distance while maintaining our sanity!
It’s odd hearing that the nicest thing we can do for our neighbors right now is to keep our distance. There are many ways to serve others, help those around us and brightening their days, without having to be within six feet of them. We can distance geographically, while keeping people closer to our hearts. Kindness isn’t bounded by time or space, it can thrive anywhere.
Here are some simple actions to help with #StayingConnectedAtADistance
Monday - Using social media, email or phone, ask someone about one of their best days ever.
Tuesday - Encourage someone on social media with a prayer, story of hope or an uplifting message.
Wednesday - Virtually tell someone you are thankful for them and tell them why.
Thursday - Do a chore around the house or outside that you wouldn’t normally do.
Friday - Give someone a genuine compliment by an email, or message.
Maintain your sanity!
There is one thing for sure, we are living in some uncertain times. The coronavirus has changed the way we do life. We must take control of the things we can and let go of the things we can’t, otherwise our sanity as we know it will be at risk. Let’s take a look at the things we can control during these days.
If you are a child of God, then you know that the coronavirus is not a surprise to God. We may never know why He has allowed this virus to spread like it has, but rest assured, He has a plan! Let the world see your faith in these days. Yes, we should be careful by following the guidelines of social distancing but we shouldn’t be panicked. When we stress, we are telling the world that we believe this virus is bigger than our God. Stay safe and shine your light!
During these days, help out where you can. Call on those who need help and pitch in as you can. Maybe it’s a shut-in who can’t get out or an elderly family member who is scared to get out. Shining the light of Christ tells those you come in contact with that your faith is grounded in the One who can eradicate this virus at any time.
Many things have been cancelled, but fitness has not. The safest form of exercise in these days is walking and running. Get a workout in without ever coming in contact with anyone.

CHURCH IS ESSENTIAL!
All gatherings are banned and all nonessential businesses must close, according to a new countywide order issued by Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings yesterday.
“The virus does not spread alone, we spread the virus,” he said. “These decisions are not made lightly and we know they will have continued economic and emotional impacts on our community, but we must continue to act now to save lives.”
The stay-at-home order is about slowing the spread and keeping residents safe. The order will last a minimum of two weeks.
✅ What’s allowed: People can still go outside — to visit the grocery store, seek medical care, or get exercise. Essential businesses, like banks, child care centers, the post office, and critical manufacturing companies will remain open. Restaurants are still permitted to offer takeout and delivery.
Physical activities like gardening, walking the dog, or going for a bike ride are allowed, so long as people maintain six feet of distance from others.
🚫 What’s banned: In-person gatherings of 10 or more people is not allowed, whether for social, spiritual or recreational purposes
