Would you consider the people you hang out with to be negative or positive? Depending on how you answer this question, your chances of success in living with purpose either increase or decrease. The friends you surround yourself with either build you up or tear you down. After chewing on this Bible Snack take some time to consider your friends and then determine if they are the type of people you should be hanging out with. Remember, purpose is at risk here and so if your self worth.

Are you riding the wave of God’s plan and purpose for your life willingly, or are you trying to swim in another direction? The way you answer that question highly determines the amount of joy you are experiencing in your life. After chewing on this Bible Snack I want you to examine your life and see if there are any areas that you are resisting God’s will. If there are, then you might take some time and pray that God would help you submit to His will.

God has given you incredible gifts. One gift He has given is the gospel. To thank Him you need to be sharing that gift with the world. Are you sharing the gospel with people regularly? If not, what is holding you back? After chewing on this Bible Snack pray and ask God that He will give you the boldness to share the gift of the gospel with others. Also ask Him to help you use the abilities and passions that He has given you for His glory!

Have you heard it? The small voice in your head telling you that you are doing something you should not be doing. That voice is your conscience and God gave it to you to assist you in living with purpose. After chewing on today's Biblical Snack I want you to pray and ask God that He would use your conscience to guide and direct you on a path of purpose.

A wise person once said, "Show me your friends and I will show you your future." This person understood that the people that you surround yourself with are so influential in your life that they will in large part determine who you are. That is why after chewing on this Biblical Snack I want you to consider if the friends you have now are friends you should keep or friends you should distance yourself from. Take some time to ask God what He thinks of your friends and if you need to rid yourself of some friends ask God to give you the strength to do so.

There is a saying that states, "Actions speak louder than words." And by and large God agrees with that statement. After chewing on this Biblical Snack I want you to intentionally look for ways through out the day that you might put to action the words that you believe in. Do not just believe in Jesus...live for Jesus. Do not just talk about Jesus...act like Jesus. Get busy!

Are there Biblical characteristics that you feel you lack? Do you feel like you simply can not accomplish certain things for God? You may have tried and tried but simply found that you do not have the strength. Perhaps you lack certain characteristics and under achieve because you do not ask of God. After chewing on this Biblical snack today why don't you ask of God with faith to fill in where you lack and achieve where you might under achieve. Pray and Reflect!

Would you say that you strive for the best or do you settle? When it comes to purpose and the important things in life, God does not want us to settle. After chewing on this Biblical snack I want you to evaluate if there are any area's of your life that you are settling in and then I want you to ask God to help you live to maximum potential. Ask Him to help you prioritize and to help you wait patiently on Him He wants you to live with purpose and if you wait on Him He will teach you the best way how!

Have you ever run into an obstacle before in your life? Of course you have! Obstacles often times lead people into discouragement and sometimes cause people to give up. But God does not want us to give up on purpose when we face obstacles. Instead He wants us to exercise faith. He promises us that if we lean on Him He will pull us through any obstacle if we just have a little faith? If you are facing an obstacle right now pray and ask God for the strength to persevere. If you are not experiencing any obstacles right now then pray that God would prepare you for future obstacles because they most definitely will come.

Do you ever feel worthless? Have you ever feared that your failures have ruined purpose for you? In order to live with purpose you have to be willing to accept that God forgives your mistakes and you also need to learn to forgive yourself. Don’t let failures keep you from living with purpose. None of us is perfect and we don’t have to pretend to be perfect. Give your failures to God and ask forgiveness. Forgive yourself. And then plunge back into purpose.

Is God truly at the center of your life? Even as I ask this question to you I struggle with it myself. Have I put God first in my life today? We have to ask ourselves this question because failing to put God first in our lives is failing to live with purpose. After chewing on this Bible snack pray and ask God that He would be first in your life today. And then live in such a way that you do put God first.

Are you willing to let God determine your plans? After chewing on this Bible snack I challenge you to pray and ask God to guide you into His purposes for you.
