Whether it is coming to worship services more often, joining a midsize or small group, attending a retreat, volunteering to serve in many needed capacities, or stepping out of your comfort zone to invite someone to come with you –any action is a step forward.

The possibilities of living life more fully in community and being radically loving to all those you encounter are endless.

Sometimes God needs us to let go of the things we try to control for our own good. He has our best outcome in mind because in letting go, we find freedom.

Watch Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Daniel Meyer's full message on the Autumn of the Soul here:

Today, millions of Christians around the world celebrate the church holiday of Epiphany. This date marks the moment when the magi from the east visited Jesus at his home.

We often have a picture of the wise men bowing down with the shepherds at the foot of the manger, but in reality they visited the home of the Christ child at a later date.

This moment is a chance for the universal church to celebrate that God was revealed to the gentiles, as well as the Jewish people.

May you have a blessed Epiphany.

This month we are featuring our ministry partner, Young Life. This ministry seeks to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith through fun social gatherings and intentional mentorship.
