Bronx Christ the King School Alumni Association. The Christ the King Alumni Association is an independent organization created to engage and connect the CTK community locally and nationally and to serve as a liaison between the School and alumni.
We strive to keep alumni abreast of the School's news and activities, provide financial support to the School, assist in the growth of its academic, administrative, cultural, and extracurricular activities, and develop alumni programs that will continue the friendships formed at CTK, while stimulating interest and increasing involvement with the School. At the heart of everything we do is the belief in the value of education to the well being of society and a commitment to diversity.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
Good morning CTK students,
One year ago today, we held our last in-person day of school for the 2019-2020 school year. Little did we realize that we would not be able to return to our beloved school until September 2020. Sadly, the coronavirus pandemic has devastated many people around the world and continues to do so.
Let us hold a moment of silence to remember those who have lost their lives or loved ones throughout this pandemic. Let us also reflect upon the tremendous work and sacrifice given by those on the frontlines of this fight.
To our brothers and sisters who have contracted
and are suffering due to the Coronavirus Disease,
we pray that God’s healing hand may rest upon you.
To medical doctors, nurses and the supporting staff
who are in the frontline of the fight against COVID-19,
may the Good Lord sustain you and inspire you
to render your life-saving services with due care, love and compassion.
To all those who have lost their loved ones due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we convey our deepest sympathies.
We pray that their souls, through God’s mercy, may rest in eternal peace.
We pray that God may grant all bereaved families his consolation and strengthen their faith and hope in Jesus Christ, the Risen Lord.

From Principal Iuso:
November 25, 2020
Dear Friends and Family of CTK,
This school year has looked a lot different, but Christ the King School has been working hard to continue our mission to educate our children in an atmosphere conducive to their total development. Through the incredible effort of our teachers and administrators, we have adapted to the ever-changing guidelines and continued to provide a safe place for our children to come each and every day, giving respite from the turbulent world outside of campus.
As we look toward Thanksgiving, we want to extend a special message sharing a few things we are thankful for:
¨ Doctors, scientists, and medical professionals on the front line battling this pandemic
¨ Our students' ability to learn in person again in a safe and loving environment
¨ The support and loyalty of our families throughout the crisis
¨ The tireless efforts of the leaders in the Archdiocese
¨ The generosity of our advisory board and donors for providing financial assistance to our families
Nothing we do would be possible without you, so we would like to invite you to participate in our 2020 Holiday “Miles for Smiles” Challenge. No matter where you are, we encourage you to get outside for a walk, jog or run to reflect on the things for which you are most thankful. With each mile you complete, we ask that you consider donating $5 to Christ the King.
All proceeds will be used to alleviate the financial hardships of families affected by COVID-19. If you can’t join us with miles, but would still like to participate, please consider giving a one-time $75 donation.
Your support of CTK is instrumental, and we appreciate all that you do for us. We wish you a safe, happy, and healthy Thanksgiving, and we look forward to connecting with you again soon.
Steven M. Iuso
secure.archny.org Your generosity will alleviate the financial hardships of families affected by COVID-19. This funding will provide the Principal, Mr. Steven Iuso, flexibility and discretion to support his families in highest need.
Our annual Thanksgiving food drive concludes this Friday, November 20th.
All CTK parents and students are encouraged to donate the items that were assigned to their homeroom.
Your small act of charity will go a long way in making this Thanksgiving special for those less fortunate.
