CALLING ON ALL CHURCHES AND LEADERS: Texas Youth and Discipleship Director, Caleb Crooms has called for us to pray for Frontier Winterfest. With his blessing to move forward, I am putting together a Day of Prayer for Frontier Winterfest that will be Wednesday, January 24. We are looking for youth groups, classes, congregations that will be gathered together in your midweek services and individuals through the day to Facebook live video of you and your group praying for Frontier Winterfest. Please make your video public setting and tag Caleb Crooms and Steve Molton. This way your video's can be shared by Texas Prayer Connect page and others.
Brenda & I want to wish all of our Church family a Happy Thanksgiving. We are truly Thankful and Blessed that God would lead us to this Loving Church where everyone Loves and cares about one another.

We are a Full Gospel-Spirit Filled Church.

We invite all God's people in Longview and surrounding areas to come worship with us. It is our desire to break the barriers of race, color, and religion so that we come to the knowledge that God so loved the world, everyone, that He gave His only Son so that we ALL may be saved. Jesus did not come into the world to condemn the world, but He came so that the world may be saved. If you are lookng for a place to worship God where you are loved for who YOU are, come to New Horizons Church of God, "Where Christ and the Church come together in Longview, TX."

Mission: We are a Full Gospel, Spirit Filled Church located in Longview, TX desiring to draw near to God through Worship, Love, And Service. [05/29/20]   -Hello friends and family of New Horizon Church of God!
-I would like to take a few minutes to talk about Church, and reentering some sort of normalcy.
-2 weeks ago, May 17th, we re-opened in house worship service. We had a good attendance that day, the Worship & The Word were very good. Things were a little different because of the CDC’s recommendation of social distancing, requiring us to remain 6 feet apart. The biggest draw back was the idea that we are not suppose to shake hands and hug necks.
-Revised May 26th, 2020 - The following are the minimum recommended health protocols for all churches, congregations, and places of worship in Texas.
• Strongly encourage the at risk population to watch, or participate in the service remotely. (65 or older, especially those with chronic lung disease; moderate to severe asthma; chronic heart disease; diabetes; chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis; liver disease; or weakened immune system)
• Ensure proper spacing between attendees:
o Keep at least 2 empty seats (or 6 feet of separation) between parties in any row, except as follows:
 2 or more members of the same household can sit adjacent to one another, 2 seats (or 6 feet of separation) empty on either side
 2 individuals who are not members of the same household but who are attending together can sit adjacent to one another, with 2 seats (or 6 feet of separation) empty on either side.
• Regularly & frequently clean & disinfect any regularly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Disinfect seats between services.
• Disinfect any items that come into contact with attendees.
• Make hand sanitizer readily available
-Notice all these are recommendations!
• If you want to wear a mask, please, wear a mask! But it is not required!
• Fist or elbow bump is a great alternative to a hand shake, but we won’t send u home for hand shaking. LOL!
-Ephesians 4:32 “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.”
-Mark 16 “17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
-Hebrews 10:25 “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
-Along with Sunday Morning Worship at 10am, we will start having in house Worship & Bible Study beginning next Wednesday night, June 3rd, at 7pm.
We will not be starting SS or discipleship classes or Children’s Church until a later date.
We will continue to Facebook Live Sunday Morning Worship, Tuesday Morning Bible Reading, and Wednesday Night Worship and Bible Study! So if you are not ready to get out yet, we understand, and these services will be available to you, via Facebook Live.
