[09/20/18] Hey wearhouse family, I am wondering what we should do with the fb group...it hasn't been used in several yrs and with the church split I am unsure if group is still being used? I am wondering if just canceling account would be a way the best way to move forward as the group has been tagged in somethings that do not seemed liked to bible study... thoughts?-Lucretia

[04/04/13] Wearhouse Workers, Lunch Break @6 In Upper
[04/03/13] Any ideas for this months Wearhouse event throw them at me, What do you want to do?
With all the work we've been doing last week, with the Easter Evangelism Ministry, with helping the church, being a trooper with a late van, bible study, and our monthly Wearhouse I just wanted to share some encouraging verses for everyone's hard work:
Psalms 128:2 NLT
You will enjoy the fruit of your labor. How joyful and prosperous you will be!
Hebrews 6:10 NLT
For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for him and how you have shown your love to him by caring for other believers, as you still do.
1 Corinthians 15:58 NLT
So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.
Acts 20:35 NLT
And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”
[03/23/13] Tomorrow is Palm Sunday, which celebrates the entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem, the week before his death and his resurrection. The Bible says that when Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds greeted him by waving palm branches and covering his path with palm branches, shouting “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” and “Hosanna in the highest heaven!”...Matthew 21:1-11... as some of us celebrate Psalm Sunday tomorrow with loved ones, and make our way back to Lock Haven tomorrow, don't forget that as we enter into this holiday season the real reason why we celebrate and that is because our Heavenly Father loved us so much that He died so that we could have eternal life with him. ~Lucretia
[03/06/13] Bible Study for the rest of the semester will be in Sullivian 111 :) same time

Hope to you see you all at bible study ready for conversation

[04/03/12] Too many people are accustomed to feeling the crushing weight of bondage, duty, obligation while God wants to give freedom. Religion produces horrendous feelings of shame and despair, but God's gift of grace is intended to produce a much different kind of fruit- rest. Fil Anderson
[04/02/12] There is buried gold in the pages of scripture. You need to get into it, search for it, and find all the treasure that's in the bible for you. -Greg Laurie.
[03/31/12] Long enough, God-you've ignored me long enough. I've looked at the back of your head Long enough I've carried this ton of trouble, lived with a stomach full of pain. Long enough my arrogant enemies have looked down their noses at me. Take a good look at me, God, my God; I want to look life in the eye, So no enemy can get the best of me or laugh when I fall on my face. I've thrown myself headlong into your arms-I'm celebrating your rescue. I'm singing at the top of my lungs, I'm so full of answered prayers. (Psalm 13:1-6 MSG)
[03/30/12] Blessed are you who give yourselves over to God, turn your backs on the world's "sure thing," ignore what the world worships; (Psalm 40:4 MSG)
[03/27/12] How blessed is everyone who fears the lord, who walks in his ways. When you shall eat of the fruit of your hands, you will be happy and it will be well with you. Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine within your house, your children like olive plants around your table. Behold, for this shall the man be blessed who fears the lord. (Psalm 128)
[03/26/12] See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. (Colossians 2:8 NIV)
[03/24/12] Good luck today Lauren and Paul! Come out and support our Wearhouse athletes @ the outdoor track today LHU
Then Jesus said to him, "Get up! Pick up your mat and walk." At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.
