Church of Our Saviour Oatlands

Our original chapel was consecrated in 1878. We moved into our new, larger building on 6/2016, led by current rector, Rev. Jim Basinger. We welcome you!

The Church of Our Saviour Oatlands is a congregation of families, friends and neighbors who are committed to living out the Christian faith as set forth authoritatively by God in His Holy Scriptures. Our Saviour Oatlands Church near Leesburg, Virginia, holds true to the ancient creeds of the undivided Church. We believe that only by God's grace through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ, is a broken and troubled world reconciled with its Creator. We uphold Anglican Traditions. Our liturgical traditions are Catholic while our beliefs are Reformed. As such, we are often described as the ‘middle way.' We invite you to join us Sundays as we give thanks to God, set forth His most worthy praise, and hear His most Holy Word.

Please read this important message from our rector and stay safe.

[01/20/17]   As we approach the inauguration of our next President, let's pray for our leaders....."O LORD, our Governor, whose glory is in all the world; We commend this nation to thy merciful care, that being guided by thy Providence, we may dwell secure in thy peace. Grant to The President of the United States, and to all in authority, wisdom and strength to know and to do thy will. Fill them with the love of truth and righteousness; and make them ever mindful of their calling to serve this people in thy fear; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Ghost, one God, world without end. Amen." 1928 Book of Common Prayer

News - Reformed Episcopal Church

Our deepest sympathies go to the family and friends after the passing of Rev. Royal Grote, Jr., presiding bishop of the Reformed Episcopal Church. Our prayers go out to them in their loss. Memorial service arrangements and further details will be announced as they are determined. The Rt. R...
