The Mission Haiti 2013 Team is going this year to partner with the Lacroix Church to go door-to-door to bring a message of TRANSFORMATION to two mountain-top villages near Lacroix. Part of the strategy to reach the people is to give each of 1070 families 25 pounds of rice. Starvation and malnutrition is wide spread. Through a Church of the Holy Spirit webpage a fundraiser is underway to receive donations to buy 270 one-hundred bags of rice for the two villages.

Mission: Traveling to Lacroix, Haiti from the DC area on Wednesday, April 13th and returning Friday, April 22nd. A high priority for both communities is clean water. Polluted river water is currently carried from the base of the mountain back to the villages. Starvation and malnutrition is wide spread. Witchcraft and voodooism is common practice.

[02/12/19]   We have 7 missionaries signed up for Mission Haiti 2019: Ashley, Tim, Chris, Tanie, Sara, and Caroline plus me. This year will be another awesome Team allowing the Lord to do some awesome things through them.

Our Story

The Mission Haiti 2018 Team continued to partner with the Lacroix New Testament Mission Church to go door-to-door to bring a message of TRANSFORMATION to two mountain villages near Lacroix. Open air meetings each night brought hundreds of people saved by hearing the Good News of Jesus Christ, as well as many getting healed and delivered from unclean spirits. The Team also distributed rice, beans, and oil to the poorest of poor families.

This year’s Church of the Holy Spirit Team partnered with the Purcellville Baptist Church Haiti Team, to travel to Haiti with us to reconstruct a large playground at the mission’s main compound.
