To friends and friends-to-be in Grace Presbytery -

You may join us in-person or online this summer! Ministers and musicians (directors, singers, ringers, and other instrumentalists - children, youth, and adults) are invited.

Can you imagine the organ triumphantly echoing throughout Anderson Auditorium, the gorgeous summer mountain scenery of Montreat all around you, and the feeling of refreshment and relaxation that is God’s presence? At PAM, we are going to help make that a reality this summer. Won’t you join us? Learn more at: www.presbymusic.org/2021conference

Whether you join us in-person or online, we want you to have an incredible conference experience as we gather to grow in faith, learn in love, and worship God.
A spiritual journey through nitty-gritty reality… Please enjoy the Amazon page for my paranormal, metaphysical, humanist, spiritual books (all available as print or eBooks) (awesome one-minute video):
Please O merciful God make our great President Donald Trump and the FLOTUS all well again. He is in good medical hands now and with your blessings and help, we ALL ask that President be well enough soon to return home to the White House

In Jesus name we pray

Amen
21-DAY RACE EQUITY CHALLENGE

In light of recent events surrounding the death of George Floyd and the ongoing damaging effects of systemic racism, our friends at Myers Park Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, NC have issued a 21-DAY RACE EQUITY CHALLENGE called "Better When We're Back Together." Even before this pandemic, when groups across our nation and the world gathered together, there was often inequity in the gatherings along lines of race. This inequity is a part of our history as a people that we cannot hide, and to ignore is to go against the will of Christ which is “to unite all things in him” (Ephesians 1:10).

Starting tomorrow, PENTECOST SUNDAY, follow the link below to access a comprehensive list of resources to READ, WATCH, LISTEN and NOTICE. These resources will challenge you to educate yourself about systemic racism and our task as Christian people to fight for justice.

PICK ONE of the resources listed every day for 21 days.

DIVERSIFY your understanding by doing some of each.

TRACK AND REFLECT by using the planning tool on the Myers Park website.

I wrote this letter on behalf of seventeen Fort Worth clergy who believe it is too early to open our doors to large gatherings.

At a time when our lives seem so out of control, and change seems so chaotic, the Church is a stalwart foundation to connect us to friends, family, and Spiritual strength! Find an online service, and attend regularly! Keep funding the work of The Church, these new technologies come with a cost. Visit some congregations from your past and renew that fellowship! With everyone now streaming an online service, you can easily span many miles to attend worship with other family members! Make this a time to reinvest in your Spiritual Fellowship! You will feel more connected, and your friends and family will enjoy the shared camaraderie and appreciate the bond that it creates!
Please enjoy the FaceBook page for my books (available on Amazon and Kindle). Take some time to savor the experience, and to explore the photo albums. There are four Photo Albums (you might have to select ‘see all’), one with links to 21 radio interviews, one with links to sites where my books can be purchased, and one of Sayings (Jualtisms), and one with a dozen newspaper articles. Your comments and feedback are always welcome. I also share diverse videos, which I recommend, for those with interest in metaphysical, paranormal, or spiritual things. You can find more about me by searching for ‘Jualt’. A web-site to leisurely enjoy and explore, with links to interviews, articles, and books:

Beauty from ugliness on the US-Mexico border

“Frontera de Cristo, a binational ministry, was launched here in 1984 to bring congregations together and provide needed services. Today it is one of five regional organizations that are part of the Presbyterian Border Region Outreach, supported by the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).”
