Commit your way to Him
- stay committed in the Lord
trust also in Him; He shall bring it to pass
*Commit - dedication; obligate;
loyal to a cause

Obedience is better than sacrifice
* only in your obedience, will you get the reward
**before the move of God comes, you have to stay committed and be obedient

*Evolve in the Word of God and let the Word change you

•Listening to the Word of God produces faith

•God makes promises and keeps them; you can always depend on God’s word
•when men walk by Faith, God shows up

•when Jesus spoke, the Word went forth, and put faith in His hearers
- Faith will follow the Word
* if the Word doesn’t exist, Faith doesn’t exist
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God

**when you hear the Word, your faith increases; when you reject it, your faith decreases
•faith brings results, when doubt brings disaster

*faith walks through the walls of difficulty
*faith walks, doubt disappears

The (God’s) Word restores hope into our lives

Sub: Who Told You, You Were Naked?

Definitions:
•Exposed - to make something visible; to cause someone to experience or be at risk of; to make something (embarrassing, damaging) public; reveal the truth of someone or something

•Naked - open; discovered; to strip; not covered, bare; having no clothes on; unarmed; disposed: having no protection against the enemies attack, destitute of worldly goods; plain; mere; simple

Notes:
*we cannot live a ‘right’ life without God
*satan comes to distort the Word of God
(distort; confused)

**Sin brings in shame, guilt, embarrassment
**God is the only One who can cover us, we cannot hide ourselves
- although you are physically covered, some are spiritually naked
••anytime you are operating without God, you are spiritually naked
- you can’t hide from God
*Sin wants you to stay stuck, and not clothe yourself
in righteousness
* sin shows your nakedness

*deny, resist, flee
Only if Adam and Eve would have denied, resisted, or just fled

•walk in the obedience of Christ
Be clothed with Christ

•Jacob is the Past, (where you were, what you used to be)
•Israel is the Present state you’re in, your right now moment
•For I have redeemed thee, I am your Future, I will save you, I will come through for you

*He came to save us; He also came to change our name

*it’s best that you live in your present state that you’re in, with Christ
* all you have to do is live in the what’s ‘already done’

*You can’t be perfect in yourself, but you can be perfect in the Lord

•He redeemed us from the past, from the present and He redeemed us from the future

Even in a drowning situation, God has our back
- water represents Life

when you submit to the call and submit to Christ, He will
come through
- concentrate on God in your going through, He will bring you through
- stay productive in your captivity

*We all have troubles, trials, tribulations, and we must deal with them
•thank God while you’re in the midst of them
*Have you ever thanked God for your struggles?

•Don’t give up, God is refining you
*focus on the Lord in the midst of your struggle, He will give you peace
* in your struggle, it should draw you closer to Him
*when you begin to thank God for your struggles, your focus change
Be thankful in all things

LIFE is a gift from God
* author of life (Gen. 2:7)
* holds the issue of life (Ps. 68:20)
* sustains life (Ps. 121:8)
life without God is nothing; miserable
LIFE offers a challenge
* a challenge to receive Him, (you have to give up yourself) (John 1:12)
* a challenge to serve Jesus (you have to serve everybody else) (Luke 9:23)
* there is a challenge to do good to all men (Gal. 6:10)
LIFE has its joy
* there is joy when a sinner is saved (Luke 15:6)
* there is joy in worshipping Christ (Luke 24:52)
* suffer for Christ; some things we suffer, we bring upon ourselves (Acts 16:25)
LIFE has its sorrow
* don’t be weary in well doing
* ie. Job (Job 10:18-29), Elijah (1 Kings 19:4), Jonah (Jonah 4:8,9)
*don’t be weary when God tell you to do something
LIFE is brief
* life is like a vapor (James 4:14)
* life is like a shadow (1 Chron. 29:15)
* life is but a step this side of death (1 Sam. 20:3)
LIFE on earth can be extended
Honor God with your body, He will open many doors for you
* honor your parents (Ex. 20:12; Deut. 5:16)
* keep God’s commandments (Deut. 4:40)
treat others as you will ‘have’, (not want) them treat you
* respect nature (Deut. 22:6,7)
**God is honoring what He created
**God created female for male
LIFE can be everlasting
when you have a relationship with God
* Jesus came that life can be abundant (John 10:10)
* Jesus gives us everlasting life (John 10:28)
* He assures of everlasting life (Phil. 1:6)
It is foolish to live life without Christ
- when you live without Him, you miss out on true happiness, joy, peace
**your problems and circumstances are so much smaller with Christ

Without God life is nothing, but with God life is a gracious gift from God

•Gratitide is a grateful feeling; thankful towards something or someone; letting people know you appreciate them

**how can you show gratitude? by giving someone a hug; a smile; by doing something for someone else; a simple thank you
•we should be grateful and thankful to our Lord and Savior
- show love one to another

**You can’t move forward until you have an attitude adjustment; an attitude of gratitude

an act of kindness; partiality;
to sustain
- Gods favor allows you to sustain
**a close association with favor is Grace

~Favor-God giving us the ability to do something humanly impossible for us to do

•the favor of God is to equip us to do some things on His behalf
- does not mean God owes us a favor
•when God gives you favor, you will have favor with man
- you need to stay connected to God

••Gods favor is not intended for our convenience
- it’s not to make us feel good; but it’s for His purpose
*it is in a Christian’s suffering, Gods favor can be seen

**God equips you with Divine/Supernatural favor when He has something for you to do
