Journey to the Heart

This is a satanic cult.......even by thier own definition! This entire organization was built on sexual sin, and perversion, fraud, control, lies, and distortion if the Holy Scripture. The founder is a sexual deviant, yet claims to have never even had a "sensual" thought. At one point 14 of the board members were all engaged in adultery, while writing the training material that condemned even talking to the opposite gender. The "character sketches" were done up by the founder's brother who shortly before, had been caught committing fornication seven different secretaries in his IBLP office. The founder, who was also involved in sexual sin, worked to keep it quiet. The character sketches were written while he was being "disciplined" for his actions. His "discipline" was to write then while alone with multiple different women, with whom he engaged in non-consensual sexual activities. This organization has worked very hard to keep all this (and loooooots more) quiet. Including spreading lies against, and threatening anyone who did, or felt they might bring this sin to light. Do what you will with this info, but now you have no excuse for it on that final day. As to journey, it's lame. You pay $1400-1600 spend 40% of the time doing work for free, and the rest being fed abunch of un-Scriptural garbage. Take a couple hundred in cash with you and take plenty of food for while you're at HQ. You'll get a walmart run. Buy enough water to last you the time at journey. The water is absolutely not drinkable, well unless you like drinking large amounts of rust, and sulfur. Buy plenty of food!!! You are fed only twice while you're there. Biggest thing, just play along with their game, and give them what their looking for. I've seen them send people home (no refund, and a 3rd plane ticket) for not being "emotional enough", and another for saying good morning to a female staffer. It's dumb, just don't waste your money. Take it and go on a short missions trip. The Kingdom will be advanced more through that. This is a good place to start:
Awful and stupid.

Journey is a seven day, casual, retreat-style setting where you'll be given the gift of time to seek the Lord along with your fellow "Journey-ers".

//Journey to the Heart// A potentially life-altering opportunity to get away from the average over-crowded, over-booked, over-paced lifestyles of our modern culture. In a day and age where God is all too often shoved onto a shelf to collect dust with your Bible; when the extent of your prayer life is confined to the four walls of a church and reading your Bible is no different than reading a History book; the heart of the Journey is to provide a time where it gets to be *you and Jesus*. It is a place where you are encouraged to seek the Just and Merciful heart of our Savior, while, at the same time, being challenged to examine where your own heart lies. Journey is a seven to ten day, casual, retreat-style setting where you'll be given the gift of time to seek the Lord along with your fellow "Journey-ers". The Journey is by no means a "magic pill" or a "cure-all" to every situation in life ... but if you're willing to accept the challenge to pursue a living relationship with the God of the Universe - on His terms, seeking after Him with ALL your heart, soul, mind and strength - you will not be disappointed! "Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you." (James 4:8a) If you're interested in hearing what others have to say about the Journey, follow this link http://livingthejourney.com/ or if you'd like to sign-up, follow this one http://iblp.org/programs/journey-heart . If you have any questions, go ahead and shoot us an email at [email protected] or give us a call: 630-323-9800 ext. 522 - we'd love to hear from you!

Mission: What we want more than anything else, is to spark an excitement about Who God is, and to inspire whoever we can to live a life that is authentic, and undeniably changed by a powerful God!

We just appreciate the sobriety, maturity, & responsibility of our journey team, specially our leader. (This is what happens when you've been in the sun too long πŸ˜‰) Don't forget to like our page! :) #keepingherinline #tbtfloridajourney #lifesrealjourney #friendshipgoals #toomuchfun

Here is our crew of volunteers from this past Prison Journey! They entered those facilities, bearing the precious seed of the Gospel in their hearts and the Light of Christ in their faces, lifting high the matchless name of Jesus✨; they visited those who are in bonds (physical and spiritual), in a place where the enemy seeks to extinguish all Hope and Life, binding its occupants with despair and death ... but, dearly beloved, the Word of God CANNOT BE BOUND!!!!πŸš«β›“πŸ’₯πŸ™ŒπŸΌ And as declared by our Lord, His Word does not return void! We will sing His praises for all of eternity over what He has begun in that week and what He will be faithful to complete!✨ *Thank* you for bringing His kingdom through your prayers.πŸ™πŸΌ #lifesrealjourney #prisonjourney2017

The FL Journeys are going on right now, y'all! We are half-way through the week now and God is at work in mighty ways!!πŸ™ŒπŸΌβœ¨ But how many of you know the enemy tries to create as much distraction (fiery darts), noise (speaking lies) and confusion while he can? He knows his time is short (Rev. 12). We covet your prayers, brethren!πŸ™πŸΌβœ¨ Thank you. So grateful for the time we were able to have the Speeds with us!πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸΌ (More pics to come!) #lifesrealjourney #fljourney

"Renew your mind. . . well, in Strongs, the word renew means: a renewal, renovation, complete change for the better. So something is getting overhauled in here! What was it again? Oh yeah, our minds! That’s the place where everything that happens in life gets evaluated. It’s where our perspectives are formed, it’s where we reason, and it’s where we decide what we think is right and wrong. It’s a pretty important place, and God, through Paul, is saying that our minds need a total makeover." [⬅️Continue reading by going to our blog! Link in bio]

"To bring man into communion with Himself God must deal effectively with the whole matter of justice and righteousness; He must dispose of sin, reconcile an enemy and make a rebel willingly obedient. And this He must do without compromising His holiness or coercing the race He would save. How two wills set in opposition to each other, and both free, could be harmonized was God's problem and His alone; and with infinite wisdom and power He solved it through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ our Lord." [A.W. Tozer] Thank You, Lord, for bringing us into communion with Yourself through Your redemptive work!✨ #lifesrealjourney #NorthwoodsJourney
