We are a community of ordinary people experiencing the extraordinary, life-changing love of Jesus Christ.
We are a community of ordinary people experiencing the extraordinary, life-changing love of Jesus Christ. Revived by faith, renewed by hope, & restored by love. It's our purpose to: Bring people to Jesus and membership in his family; Love and nurture each other to Christlike maturity; and Equip each individual for service in our church, our community and the world that we may joyfully bring honor and glory to God. All are welcome to participate in this community as we seek God together. "There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28).
Mission: The mission of Hinsdale Covenant Church is to glorify God through worship, to lead persons into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, to unite Christians in fellowship for spiritual development, to make known the gospel of Jesus Christ, to equip its members to serve Christ and their neighbors in daily living, and to pursue the mission of The Church in the world.

Just a reminder that our live-streams can now be found at:
Head over there prior to the 9am or 10:30am service to join in
As you may have heard, we are excited to resume in-person gatherings starting this Sunday at 9am and 10:30am. Spots are filling up, so please sign up today to reserve your spot. You can sign up by clicking here.
Also, due to popular request, we will be continuing our live stream at both the 9am and 10:30am service for those unable to join us in person. We are working through the technical aspects of that right now, but those live streams will be available on www.hinsdalecovenant.com/homeworship at the designated times. Thank you for your feedback that led us to this decision. Please know we are listening and making these adjustments so that you can stay connected. For those of you joining us on Sunday here is a refresher of what you can expect:
- We will resume in-person services on June 28th at 9 and 10:30 am.
- These gatherings will be limited to 50 or fewer congregants.
- You will need to sign up to attend these services. Sign up are available here, or on the website starting this Monday.
- Those who are immune-compromised or otherwise at risk are advised to stay at home and participate with a digital version of the service, available on our website.
- There will be no children's ministry or nursery provided at this time.
- This will be a zero contact service with social distancing and masks required. We will reduce singing and implement new cleaning protocols before, between, and after services.
- These decisions are informed by prayer and communal discernment, in accordance with CDC and State of Illinois guidelines. The church-wide survey was a helpful tool for us in this process.
Please pray for our church as we take this important step in resuming gatherings.

This summer we will study Paul's letters to the Thessalonians, walking through them word for word. These texts are particularly apropos for us today as we are forced to ask, "What do I hope for?" and "What do I hope in?" Join us each week as we choose to cultivate a 'Humble Hope' that is reflective of Jesus himself and is so needed in today's world.

What a thrill to have Royce Eckhardt join us for the Wednesday Men’s Breakfast call!
Royce served at Covenant for several years and has made numerous contributions to our Covenant Hymnal. His passion for the church to be unified in worship was inspiring and he’s got a great sense of humor.
Families, join Pastor Joy for this week's children's sermon. Children's sermons are posted on the "Worship at Home" resource page, where you can access prior week's messages and sing-a-long videos of favorite Sunday Kids Camp songs.
