Happy Sabbath! Listening to Gods word this morning in pjs and eating breakfast. 💕
Hello church family, As you know this Saturday night (April 27th) at 7pm our church will be having a game night and I encourage you all to come on out and enjoy a fun evening of games and socializing. Now I need to be clear that when I talk about board games I’m not talking about the staples like Monopoly, Sorry!, Uno, and Scrabble. No, there is a WHOLE world of much better games out there that exist. You can even see this in the photo attached. There are a lot of games with different themes, mechanics, player counts, etc. there are short, easy games and even long, heavy games that will make your brain hurt from all the thinking. I could go on but you should just know there are far better experiences to be had than gathering around to spend 5 hours playing Monopoly. All the games you see in the picture are great games that anyone could pick up and play and are games I’ll be bringing with me (along with some others). I hope to see some of you there!

Caleigh, Nathaniel, Tatenda and Caleb--resting briefly after completing a service project at the church. Classroom carpets were vacuumed and many windows cleaned in appreciation for financial support they received to attend STEAM Camp and the Pathfinder Camporee. Tapiwa Chakanaka was not available for this picture but did his part later in the day. Great job!

Hanover Baseball

We wanted to take a moment to thank all of our local partners that allow us use of their fields. Being such a large organization, Hanover Baseball requires the use of many fields to accommodate all of our teams. We are thankful to have these long lasting partnerships in place. Thank you to the Pleasant Hill Volunteer Fire Company, ESAB, Codorus Township and Hanover Borough Recreation.

We also want to thank our newest partner, The Hanover Seventh-day Adventist Church for allowing us use of their Gitts Run Road Field for the 2020 season! We are looking forward to working together for 2020 and beyond!

An exceptionally blessed Sabbath day! Worship and study followed up by LOVE in action—Operation Christmas Child and a delicious meal of Thankfulness. Many hands have helped to fill these shoeboxes to send to children needing a tangible expression of our love, God’s love for them.
