We are so thankful for our Sunday morning volunteers who pour so much time and love into the FCC children's ministry. We couldn't do it without you!

Stay tuned for date and time. We can’t wait!

If you missed church today (don’t worry, you can catch the recording below!) you missed a very important announcement... Trunk or Treat is coming BACK! 🍭 There will be an informational meeting next week after church.

We may be one of only a handful of these community events this year, so we need to collect as much candy as possible. Thank you for your help!

Today we learned about Joshua and his obedience to God during the battle of Jericho! Our kids made horns with "bricks" on them to symbolize how the walls fell when they blew the horns and shouted. Next week, the story of Joshua continues....

[08/26/20]   Reminder: this week is a 5th Sunday which means it is FAMILY SUNDAY. All elementary & prek kids will participate with their families in service this week.

After a successful week of VBS, we were excited to see so many of our 'super' friends return on Sunday for our first week of face to face classes! We continue to take social distancing precautions, enforce masks, and have packets available either for pickup or via email for those who remain at home!

[08/07/20]   This is our LAST week studying the commandments. This week we will be focusing on the importance of telling the truth. Be sure to print or pickup a packet this Sunday for crafting, coloring, and other fun all centered around the importance of honesty.

[07/31/20]   Any guesses as to what commandment we will be focusing on THIS Sunday?

[07/27/20]   This week, we are focusing on a new commandment - honor your father and mother. Please share a picture, video, or comment with us showing how FCC kids are living out this commandment this week.

[07/17/20]   This Sunday we will be continuing our study of the 10 commandments and will be learning about what it means to keep the Sabbath holy, but before we get to Sunday's lesson, do any of our kiddos have a guess as to what this means?

Having trouble keeping your littles engaged with the Bible story? Try finding the story in an illustrated Bible. Not only will it show them that what they're learning is coming from their Bible, but the visual can help them understand and process the story better, too!

Please forgive us for being behind in posting this, but look at the incredible young talent we have! This beautiful painting was part of last week's packet. Stay tuned to see what happens this week!

Sunday is almost here and we can’t wait to worship with your whole family!

Digital Children's Church will be available this Sunday for kids on campus or at home during the sermon session; the video will not be visible until after 10:45 AM.

Message the page with your email address if you’d like the QR code for digital devices and activities that may be printed out to use with the lesson at home.

Parents who are planning to bring kids on campus this Sunday are reminded to please bring headphones and a digital device for each of your children and please remember to keep your children with you at all times. Activities will be pre-printed/provided on campus as well.

Sundays rock! See you tomorrow!

This week, as we follow Moses and the Israelites into the wilderness, our kids are learning to focus on the bigger things we have to be thankful for (like friends and family) over the temporary desires we may wish for (like a new bike or doll). This week's packet includes fun items to decorate our gratitude list with as well as a hands on demonstration of the differences between temporary wishes (bubbles) and longer lasting blessings (balloons).

What're your kids thankful for?

Not everyone is able to attend church in person right now, and we completely understand! Our weekly packets make a great weeknight family devotional, too! It is a great, and interactive way, to grow in the love of the Lord together.

Our kids continue to learn about the life of Moses this week. In our take home packets, the kids had a chance to do a beading craft for their prayer partner activity. During this week's Bible lesson, we learned about how God intervened for the Isrealites at the Red Sea, because of this, we encourage our kids to pray for God's hand in each other's 'Red Sea' situations or problems.

Missed this week's packet? No worries! We will have a new one next week!

This week our kids have had the chance to learn about baby Moses and the courage his mom had to save him. In our take home packets, our kids have had a chance to listen to the story as well as to complete related activities. Feel free to share pics of your kids final products in the comments! Featured we have this week's art and craft completed by two of our PreK students. Didn't they do great?

Stay tuned for what happens next week!

FCC families, we have exciting news! 🚨

For the first time, a digital Children's Church will go live at 10:45 AM for kids to watch during the sermon. Check your email for more information.

Parents, please bring headphones and a digital device for each of your children if you plan to worship on campus this Sunday. 🎧

If you’re worshipping at home and you didn’t get the email, please let us know! Have a great Sunday.

Parents, do you have any questions about how to teach your kids certain Biblical truths? How about answering those stumper questions your kids ask? 🤣 Let George help you out!

"Ask the Pastor" will be on Zoom this evening!

Next week it will be at loveservereach.churchonline.org

How to Talk to Children About the Coronavirus

“The coronavirus has created a tremendous amount of fear and affliction for thousands around the world. Given the pervasive messaging about it affecting every area of life, children certainly can and are internalizing fear.

While we never want to think in terms of “capitalizing” on others’ suffering, crises like this provide valuable opportunities for meaningful conversations with our kids.”

thegospelcoalition.org Here are three questions to discuss with your children in light of the coronavirus.

Mark your calendars! Easter Sunday, after church, be ready to run. 😁

If it's not going to snow... we're gonna get ready for Spring!
Now collecting candy and small prizes for our Easter egg hunt. Please find Haley Bianchi if you'd like to volunteer or just mark your calendars for a good time after our Easter Sunday service.

Lord, please help us model You!

We just love Sundays around here. See you in the morning!

[12/31/19]   Hello folks!
The celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ is over but it is not to be forgotten by us.
In our daily lives let's not forget Him!
Our children during the weeks before Christmas made gifts for their parents and I know many families went out of town so they did not receive them. They are still at the church waiting to be picked up.
If your child attended regularly then there would be two gifts made by your child and if not, just the one. The main gift most of them made was a silhouette of their head, a remembrance of your childs profile for December 2019.
Along with the children we worked very hard to cut, paste, paint and aquire the materials necessary to make these gifts come to life.
We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed watching the kids and helping them make the silhouettes.
Gods Blessings to you all in the New Year!
Mr Mike, Ms Reba and Ms Toria.

[12/23/19]   Happy birthday Jesus!

We had such a great time yesterday with your kiddos!! Our party was enjoyed by all! Kids and us!!!
We played games, ate, and Ms Dorothy came in and told us a story.
We hope you guys like your gifts. Remember as we go through the next couple of days to focus on the best gifts of all!!!!
Gift 1.
Our Heavenly Father gave us His Son.
Gift 2. Jesus gave His life for our salvation.
Gift 3.
The Holy Spirit is our helper!
Merry Christmas everybody!!!

I was finally able to deliver the care packs to the sheriff's dept yesterday.
They will be given out to the homeless here in Cumberland county.
Thank you children who attended VBS 2019 and thanks to the sheriff's office for handing them out.

Micheal #Mario stopped in the office and dropped off bags of blessings for the #homeless that were put together by @FayettevilleChristianChurch on Rosehill Road. Many thanks for these blessings #ThursdayMotivation #givingback

[07/31/19]   This coming Sunday, August 4th, we will be having a discussion with the kids about satan and angels.
This will be a lengthy topic and we would like as many of our kids as possible to be at church at 9:00 am.
If children are not able to be there until later they will miss out on part of the discussion.
We did ask the kids, with parental help, to do a little research on this very interesting topic and bring their info to church on Sunday morning.
Looking forward to Sunday, please be in prayer for us as we tackle this subject.

Mr Mike and Ms Reba.
