Good day dear prayer partners and hope all is well with us as we are in His presence. Welcome to our daily devotions and let's read Mark : 2. 16 When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the "sinners" and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: "Why does he eat with tax collectors and 'sinners'?" What a call to prayer that we don't need to be self righteous in oder to be accepted by God. Let's look at Christ He ate with sinners and the imaginalised in the community in oder to show them the love of God. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law were disturbed seeing Him associating with sinners. Have you ever seen that it's the sick that seek the Doctor. So as much as we accepted Christ as our personal saviour we need to show that light to those in darkness. Let's not act holy and shut others out but instead let's show them the light we received. Just as Christ received them and told them the word let's go out and speak the word too,to those who are shut out by the community and labelled bad ones. Let's pray that we do not look at ourselves as too Holy to reach out. So as we pray this morning let's ask God to prepare us to be hospitable and share the word without judging others. Pray with me now in Jesus name.........Amen
Good day dear friends and prayer partners. What a day the Lord has given us. Welcome to our devotions and lets read Exodus:14.14 The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still." Our call to prayer is to know that the Lord will for us only if we can be still. The battles we are facing are not ours to fight but to let the Lord fight for us. We need to take a back sit and relax and let the Lord do the fight for us. This day let me encourage someone who is going through rough times and trying moments that the Lord is saying to us be still and relax and He will take care of it. As we pray this morning lets continue to trust and believe God for a breakthrough. His battles are always won therefore we need not to be worried. Pray with me now in Jesus name.......Amen
Good day dear prayer partners and hope I find you well under the protection of the Almighty God. Welcome to our devotions and lets read Exodus:14.11 They said to Moses, "Was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt? What a call to prayer this morning that we need not to be people who always complain and shift the blame instead of facing the situations head on, and believing God for a breakthrough. The Israelites in the desert saw death as they looked ahead Red sea and behind Pharaoh's army. They saw themselves as Moses had brought them to the place of death and they started complaining to Moses. Yet they did not know that their breakthrough has come. This morning as we pray lets lay aside every complain and put our trust in the Lord who open doors for miraculous ways to our breakthroughs. Complains quench the faith in us and the trust we have in God. So this morning as we pray let us believe that our God will make a way where it seems to be no way. Pray with me now and say Father help us to believe and to keep our faith in you. Pray with me now in Jesus name...........Amen
Good day dear friends hope you slept well under the protection of the almighty God. What a moment again to get into the presence of the almighty God. Welcome to our devotions and let's read 2 Timothy:4.7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Our call to prayer this morning is to fight a good fight that is worth where God will say well done my faithful servant. As Paul fought a good fight and did not allow obstacles and circumstances to district him from obtaining the prize. So let our prayer be God help me to stand till the end. Let me not loose focus but to continue in your presence as I fight the battle. Pray with me now and let's seek His face and continue to look unto Him the author and perfector of our faith. Let's pray now in Jesus name.........Amen
Good day dear prayer partners and I find you well under the guidance of the Almighty God. Welcome to our devotions and let's read Ephesians 6.11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. What a call to prayer that we need to put the full amour of God. Without the full amour we cant overcome the devil scheme. The devil is cunning and want to destroy us but when we put the full amour we will overcome. The devil is a schemer therefore it takes those with the full amour that God provides will make us victors. This morning as we go before the Lord lets trust fully in Him and let Him be our shield and totally trust in Him. As we pray this morning lets put on the full amour and we are assured of the winning our battles. Lets ask the Holy spirit to help us clothe the full amour and that as we are in the battle we will not fear but we will be full equipped. Pray with me now and say Father with your full amour let my victory be certain. Pray now in Jesus name.......Amen
Good day dear brethren and we are grateful that the Lord has given us life and this opportunity to seek His face. As we are coming out from the holiday of commemorating the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Welcome to our devotions and lets read Psalm:100.4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. Our call to prayer this morning is to enter His gates with thanksgiving in our hearts and enter His courts with praise. There are many things the Lord has done for us and we need to thank Him.As we pray lets seek His protection, provision and guidance. So as we pray this morning we just want to shower praises to God almighty. Even for the work done at calvary. Lets just say thank you Lord for everything. Pray with me now as we begin to utter the words of praise to the Lord almighty. Pray now in Jesus name........Amen
Good day dear friends and hope we are all well. Welcome to our devotions and lets read Luke23. 34 Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots. What a call to prayer this morning is forgiveness. Here is our role model who forgave and said these people don't know what they are doing. Lets look at it they did all sorts of evil to him but in turn he says they don't know what they are doing. What is it it because it was not them but allowed the Devil to use them. The enemy of Jesus was not these Romans or Pharisees but the force behind them. So this morning as we pray lets ask our Lord who is our perfect example to help us. Lets not hate or not to forgive our brethren but lets forgive as Christ forgave those that rose against him. Pray with me now in Jesus name as we say father help us to forgive as you forgave. Pray with me now in Jesus name........Amen
Morning dear friends and hope you are all well under the power of the Almighty God. Welcome to our devotions and lets read John:17.2 For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. We see Jesus praying and speaking to the father and that He was given authority over all people and to give them eternal life those that belong to him. So this morning rejoice that through Christ we have been given eternal life. In Jesus we have life and in its fullness. This day I am encouraging us that we pray and seek Jesus in our lives and that He become the centre of our lives. With Him we have life and life to its fullness. Jesus has been granted authority to give us life so our prayer is if we are in touch and having a relationship with Jesus eternal life is our portion. Lets pray now as we seek His face and say Father we lift your name in our lives. Pray with me now in Jesus name...........Amen
Good day dear prayer partners and lets thank God for this wonderful day given to us Welcome to our devotions and lets read John:19.4Once more Pilate came out and said to the Jews, "Look, I am bringing him out to you to let you know that I find no basis for a charge against him." What a call to prayer that our Lord was found guiltless and yet went ahead to die and beaten, spate ate because of us. There was nothing wrong or sin in Him yet all He did it for us to be His children and we can enjoy the life today and its fullness. He was brought and here it was the Roman authorities on trial against our Lord and they found that the Lord was guiltless. So as we pray this morning know that we serve the Lord who took it all upon Himself for us. So as we pray this morning lets us know that all this the Lord did it because He loved us. Pray with me now in Jesus name as we thank Him for the sacrifice He did for us. Lets ask and pray now in the name of Jesus........Amen
Good day dear brethren and hope I found you well under the guidance of the Almighty God. Welcome to our devotions. Lets read Genesis:8.22 "As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease." As we pray this morning we need to remember that the times which God created will be there till the end of history. So as the earth is still there seasons will be there seed time will be there. So I am encouraging us not to eat the seed for but to plant it and invest as the time for harvest is coming but for those who planted. Cold and summer is there too and these seasons will never cease. So this morning as we pray we need to be wise and open our eyes and hearts to see. Lets not be found in the dark or caught on the wrong side. Lets pray that the spirit of God will help us to understand the times and use them wisely. Lets use time wisely and seasons that we will be able to leave a legacy. Pray with me and say God help us in these moments of time to live for you and to invest and make a sacrifice worthy of the Kingdom. Pray with me now in Jesus name.......Amen
Good day dear prayer friends and hope I find you well. Welcome to our devotions and lets read Joshua:24.15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD." Our prayer point is about the family today. As we see here Joshua making a statement on behalf if his family that he will serve the Lord. Its powerful when the family stands on the decision to worship God, and also God stand to protect and bless that family too. So as we pray today I want to encourage family heads to stand for their families and help them to make decisions to serve the Lord. As families come to that decision we can see that we will have strong families hence strong communities and Nations. So this morning let our prayer be God help us to make right decisions and to make our families fear and worship you. Pray with me now in Jesus name........Amen
