REAP Ministries (Restoration, Empowerment & Purpose Ministries)

On assignment to see Gods people RESTORED through the Word of God, EMPOWERED through various ministry assignments 'and' walking in their PURPOSE.

A Ministry founded on Gods Word, birthed and released through Prayer and Praise, strongly believing that we are ALL saved by His grace, through faith.

Operating as usual

[12/13/20]   PSALMS 8:9
O Lord, our Lord,
How majestic and glorious and excellent is Your name in all the earth!

God's Glory is not picky

[12/03/20]   Romans 13:11 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is NEARER THAN WE FIRST BELIEVED!

Stay awake...

Stay focused...

Don't be sidetracked by complacency and the things of this world...

[11/03/20]   The Lord will give [unyielding and impenetrable] strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.

Psalms 29:11

Pastor Ric

Joel 2:23

[09/08/20]   Devotion Before The Commotion:

Daniel 11 and 32 tells us, "that the people that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits."

The words 'shall be' is indicative and not is an indication that if we will...He will!

What do we have to do? First, we have to 'know' God. Know is not knowledge alone...know is also experience. Adam 'knew' Eve. God is moving us past 'knowledge' or just simply knowing Him to 'an experience', and encounter with Him...God is causing His people to become living epistles and not just walking talking points.

With this experience will come 'shall be'...this is the strength that comes after knowing God...and end result will be EXPLOITS: to do, to make, to produce, to work, to deal, to act, to act with effect, to fashion, to accomplish, to make....EXPLOITS!

Be encouraged! Every 'shall' of God is full loaded and our experience with Him 'shall' bring forth strength that we didn't or couldn't muster on our own....

God wants us to want more of Him!
God wants to give us more than a great word...He wants His words to become alive in us that gives us an experience, an encounter!

Pastor Ric

[08/06/20]   Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you.

Isaiah 60:1-2

[04/03/20]   "The message SHOULD NOT change because the methods have...preach Jesus and teach His Kingdom!"

[03/18/20]   "Don't panic ~ prepare..."

[03/17/20]   "A scared world needs a fearless church"

[02/28/20]   Don't get caught up on the hype and talk that you lose the sense of Kingdom purpose.

There are no 'rich' talkers. Those that are rich (and not just in finances) don't have time to worry, debate and compete with others.

I pray that God sends a shift in the minds and the mouths of His people. Wise tongues sound different!!

The Wisdom of God is not in circles, debates, whose church is bigger and better, whose platforms are more prevalent. Stop it! That is not the mind nor wisdom of God!

It's God's Wisdom that empowers ALL of us and makes us strong. Proverbs 24 qualifies that! None of us have a market on the anointing of God...however, it is through accessing His Spirit that we experience liberty and freedom. We move in Him, He doesn't move. Stop thinking and believing that your message is the only message, your church is the only church. Stop it! If God moved, where He left ceases to be...

Don't buy into religious church hype...God IS A GOD OF WISDOM!

Jude 1:25 says, "To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.”

The tongue of wise sounds different...

Edify, build, encourage, ascend in His courts and retrieve a real prophetic word. Jeremiah 23:18 asks, "“But who [among them] has stood in the council of the Lord, That he would perceive and hear His word? Who has marked His word [noticing and observing and paying attention to it] and has [actually] heard it?

Now is not the time to be ashamed of His Gospel...It's His Gospel that is the power that leads others to salvation...and isn't the saving of souls what it is all about ?

[01/23/20]   I read a quote from Dr. Cynthia James that said, "Jesus rejected those who wanted to force Him into kingship. Destiny is not by force, but by Divine Purpose."

Don't put your fate in the hands of those that don't have a clear picture of your purpose. TRUST that He will lead and guide you into all truth. Trust that He will place the right people in your life to help build, cultivate and push you to His plans for your that He will align your voice to their ears...

After all, it is His design and will for our lives ~ not our own!

Don't die outside of God's design...

[01/03/20]   Dear Friends,

There has been an increase of bloodshed and warfare in Iraq. Iranian-backed militia attacks at the U.S. Embassy have led to airstrikes by the US, killing an Iranian commander.

We need to pray that this warfare doesn't escalate completely out of control.

Thank you

Francis Frangipane

[01/03/20]   David didn't call himself an Apostle...nor did he refer to himself as a Prophet or even declare his kingship, but he became the captain of 400 plus men. Because THEY saw the leader in him, and thus he became.

The people that are constantly around you should be there because they see the leader in you...

[12/07/19]   "Are you serving bread or killing giants?"

Real leadership moves beyond being a great 'servant' (preaching, teaching, church stuff)...real leadership is burdened with a 'cause' that fires up a passion to kill the giant(s) that are coming against them.

Don't settle for just doing what you've been asked to do...

1 Samuel 17 and 29 says, "And David said, What have I now done? Is there not a cause?"

[09/03/19]   Devotion Before The Commotion:

1 Samuel 16:7 (b) tells us that, "For the Lord sees not as man sees; for man looks [a]at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” Amplified

The (a) in this verse literally means with the eyes...

It has been said that beauty is in the eye of its beholder.

That being truth, then God's version of beauty is far different from ours.

There was nothing 'beautiful' about the man in Acts 3 who was lame and had to be carried in our eyes yet, he ended up at a temple gate called Beautiful...

There was nothing 'beautiful' about Jesus being put to grief in our eyes, Isaiah 53 says, "Yet it pleased the Lord"...

While man sees surface, the eyes of the Lord are going deep into the heart of man, looking for brokenness...seeking out meekness...searching for contrition.

Why? Because God knows that heart is the seat of feelings; and every situation, struggle, sickness, deformity, suffering are situations that He uses for elevation.

Isaiah 66:2 tells us, "For My hand made all these things, Thus all these things came into being," declares the LORD "But to this one I will look, To him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My word."

God has affixed His eyes on the broken pieces and places and He is calling you "BEAUTIFUL"

[03/13/19]   Proverbs 19:21 says, "Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is THE PURPOSE OF THE LORD that will stand."

There is NOTHING more uninspiring than to live life without purpose. When WE discover and live out our unique God-given purpose, not only will the outcome change, but WE change also.

Peter tells us in 2 Peter 1 and 4 that, "by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become SHARERS OF THE DIVINE NATURE.

There has been years of study in the fields of psychology and biology that has shown that when a person has a 'sense' of his or her purpose, things about them psychologically, biologically improve because of the 'sensing' of what God has buried deep in the fibers of that individual.

Deuteronomy 29 and 29 tells us, "The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, so that we may follow all the words of this law".

That's why we have to be like King Darius in Ezra 6 and 1 and search through the archives for the treasures stored in Babylon.

It's God's glory to conceal it but it's the kings glory to 'reveal' it... Proverbs 25:2

This is just partial evidence that a life lived with purpose, and on purpose, can have remarkable health benefits. The Words of God qualify this ON SO MANY LEVELS.

Those who are in the pursuit of 'their' purpose end up reaching beyond themselves only to find and discover that there is one that is higher.

BUT, those of us who are followers of Christ, that pursue a purpose consistent with God’s unique design end up coming into an alignment with Gods Nature, Thoughts, Will and Intents and this alignment births MAXIMUM IMPACT.

I pray that God's Purpose will stand TALL in your life and everything that you do is an IMPACT.

Be encouraged

Killing Goliath was both the BEST and WORST event that ever happened to young David! (1 Samuel 17)

Be warned emerging pioneers, that big open door, that promotion, that spotlight, that book signing, that revival, that tv interview, and upcoming success will unleash the greatest jealousy, insecurity, and slander from fathers/mothers and brothers/sisters that you have ever known, but will also set the stage for you to fulfill your destiny in the earth.

A generation of fathers (Saul) could only celebrate David so long as he would wear his armor. Once David became more successful than Saul by killing Goliath and defeating the Philistines, his jealousy would hunt David the rest of his life.

Be warned emerging pioneers, some of those fathers/mothers that once cheered you on in your earlier years when you were in their shadow, will despise you, slander you, and try to kill your influence as you surpass them in anointing and grace. Their words will sting you, try to poison and confuse you, and derail you from pursuing God with all your might!

A generation of peers (Eliab and Abinadab) could only see David as their baby brother and the insignificant one who tended to the little sheep. Once David knew he was ready to cut the head off Goliath and he did, the jealousy and insecurity of David's brothers soared!

Be warned emerging pioneers, some of those brothers/sisters you once ran with and were even constantly overlooked with because of their talents and skills, will writhe in anger, jealousy, and insecurity as they watch you fulfill your destiny. They will stir up gossip, slander, and false accusation among brothers/sisters around your own age simply because they cannot stand that God chose you to fulfill this assignment and not them!

To the emerging pioneers, I say: keep praying, keep dreaming, and keep pressing, but do not disregard this prophetic warning of the days that lie ahead of you! Count the cost. Recognize the spiritual warfare that is about to be unleashed against you and yours. You will lose some good fathers and mothers who once encouraged you as a rookie and will not be able to stand you as an emerging pioneer. Pray for them and honor them the best you know how. They just can't see you the way God sees you. Don't become distracted or disappointed with the Eliab's and Abinadab's (brothers and sisters) around you. They once ran with you and spoke well of you and now their insecurity will cause them to want to see your downfall. When they spread rumors about you, choose to speak good of them. God will bless you.

Finally emerging pioneers, be warned, but also be encouraged! Your Jonathan's are coming to your rescue! You maybe once had fathers/mothers that no longer pour into you and maybe even brothers/sisters that you were once close with and no longer talk with, but a company of Jonathan's is quickly come to your side!

They will get you and the assignment on your life. They will celebrate what God had put in you and called you to do. They are willing to run with you, but really they just want to be your friend! They will defend you to the death to the Saul's and whispering voices all around you. As you emerge, grow in your calling, and navigate the wilderness, they will be with you every step of the way.

The days ahead will be great for you emerging pioneers, but they will also be full of testing and trials. Keep your eyes on Jesus and be faithful to run your race, regardless of the opposition. God is with you mighty warriors!

-Jeremiah Johnson

No one can bring prophets back into order like apostles. No one can shift pastors like them. No one can stretch an Evangelist and equip teachers like Apostles. No one can father and birth like Apostles.

A true Apostle might not be loud but when they get through with something, there's a noise that will make walls crumble. Apostles will offend you in your sins.

They have a wipe your tears, get it together. Dust yourself off and get it done policy.

You will ask them to pray for a promotion they will ask are you tithing.

You will ask them to pray for a husband they will ask first can you clean and manage a household?

You will ask for a prayer for a job? They will ask you do you know who you are. Because they know the power of their decree. You might just get a job and be frustrated when you are called to build a business.

You will ask them to pray for your church he will ask do you know the blueprint of your assignment?

They will expose a multi-generational lie and will not jump at any prophetic word.

They come across as deep thinkers and deep discerners.
They will ignore you if they know you are there to waste their time.

They are master builders so they know how to handle your destinies. How to cut where need arise.

They can build with way more little people then pastors can. But when they done the few will preach up storms cast out devils and shift regions

They pull weight that very few can. They can endure way much more assaults and attacks that all other offices can bear.

They don't like to stir your emotions if its going to cost you your life. Your ignorance angers them. They will give you the truth even if you will leave them.

They don't argue when you leave and they don't cry when you gone.

A question.... Do you have an Apostolic Voice in your life????

[02/27/19]   Godly, faithful leaders are those of strong conviction and noble character, virtues intensely pursued and steadily cultivated. They are those who understand that spiritual influence ultimately comes from God alone, and that nothing of eternal value can be accomplished without His favor.

They understand that business trends and pop-cultural opinions come and go, but the heart of a truly effective leader is uncompromising and unwavering in his or her spiritual life.

We desperately need exemplary leaders who won’t flinch when tempted by the lure of power and praise. We need men and women who refuse to capitulate or surrender to every fad and fashionable leadership technique our culture offers up.

Fathers must train their sons, pastors must train their flocks, and leaders must pass the baton to faithful disciples who will be able to teach others also. 2 Tim. 2:2 says, "You’ve heard my message, and it’s been confirmed by many witnesses. Entrust this message to faithful individuals who will be competent to teach others".

Where such essentials are grossly neglected, families and churches spiral downward, leaving future generations starving for the truth without hope….

Isaiah 66:2 says, "For all these things My hand has made. So all these things came into being [by and for Me],” declares the Lord. But to this one I will look [graciously], To him who is humble and contrite in spirit, and who [reverently] trembles at My word and honors My commands."

A leader who lives in the fear of God and boldly speaks the truth to the world is the kind of leader God promises to bless.
