Hampton Road Baptist Church Preschool

Hampton Road Baptist Church Preschool offers classes for ages two, three and four year olds. Our school is open from 9am-2pm, Monday-Thursday.

HRBC Preschool has been a part of Hampton Road Baptist Church for 40 years. Together our teachers have over 50 years of experience. Our school Director has over 30 years of educational experience. The A-Beka curriculum is used in all of our classes. This program includes phonics, language development, and number readiness. In each class there are several learning centers for the children. Such as, blocks, nature, listening and reading. Theses centers are themed according to the age of the students in the class. As well as, the time of year and/or what they are studying. In addition, to the curriculum and learning environment of the classroom. We also offer additional activities for our students. Activities: outside play, reading classes, library, music, computer class, yoga, chapel and kids in the kitchen

Mission: To provide a safe, loving, nurturing learning environment, where children can develop appropriately. To guide children as they grow physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. To help children feel successful in learning. To teach, model and help children deal with their problems and conflicts in a biblical manner.
