Consider joining our Lenten project, blessing bags. Blessing bags provide basic necessities to the homeless and other people in need. Each 1-gallon zip-closure bag contains: Moist wipes (travel size) Deodorant (travel size) Toothpaste (travel size) Tooth brush Comb Lip balm Band-Aids Tissues (travel size) Socks Snacks (such as granola bars) Bottle of water Items for the bags are being collected through March 18. Look for a collection box in the lobby of the ministry building. Our goal during Lent is to make 40 blessing bags - one for each day in Lent. You will be invited to take a bag and keep it in your car so you can give it to someone in need. All bags and extra items not taken by parishioners will be donated to Our Calling, A faith-based organization serving the homeless in Dallas.
