RayShaun L Stewart, a native of Dothan, Alabama, was born November 5, 1982, to the late Deacon Ray Charles Stewart and Pastor Sara F. Wright. He is one of four children, one boy, and three girls. Stewart obtained his primary and secondary education in the public schools of Ashford, Alabama. In 2001, after completing high school, he entered Troy State University as an aspiring freshman. His focus and field study was secondary education, mathematics. Stewart secured employment with the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport where he holds a position in the Energy, Transportation & Asset Management Department. After accepting the call of Jesus Christ under the leadership of Pastor Junior L Carroll of the House of Prayer, Evangelist Stewart was licensed and ordained by Bishop James E. Newby Sr. and the Pentecostal Deliverance Faith Temple family in Cottonwood, Alabama. Presently, under Bishop James E. Mitchell, Sr. leadership, Stewart is experiencing a holistic ministry that is spirit-filled. God’s hand of mercy has been in his life since becoming a Christian at an early age. He was inspired by the personal example and devoted ministries of his parents, Pastor Junior Lee Carroll, Bishop James E. Newby, Bishop James E. Mitchell, Pastor Frankie Watley, and the late Bishop G.E. Patterson. He holds credentials to preach the gospel with United World Wide Apostolic Churches in Jesus Name. He was ordained Elder in 2002 under Bishop James E. Newby and the Pentecostal Deliverance Faith Temple Family where he served faithfully until locating to Dallas, Texas, in 2008. Located in Dallas, Texas, he is honored to serve under the leadership of Bishop James E. Mitchell, Sr. at Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church. Dynamic, radical, anointed and a fireball is some of the words often used to describe Stewart. He is known as Elder, Minister, brother and a friend too many but to God he is known as a son.

[09/27/17]   Like medical professionals, followers of Jesus are always on duty. Therefore, the time for doing good is anytime. God is always orchestrating fresh opportunities for us to assist those who are in need. May the Holy Spirit open our eyes so we can see where and to whom He wants us to do good today. #AlwaysOnDuty

[09/23/17]   Wise and careful living in God’s wisdom and strength is doubly important. Not only does it make sure that we don’t become like the world, but it also guides us in how we interact with it! #CarefulLiving

Have a blessed weekend!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[09/20/17]   Let’s seek freedom from sin as God empowers us. The Holy Spirit helps us identify our sin, resist temptation, and enjoy friendship with Him. As we do, God promises to extend grace, draw close to us, and “lift [us] up in honor” (James 4:10).

Blessed Wednesday!!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[09/11/17]   God is making all things new.

Have a blessed Monday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/30/17]   We can find encouragement in the truth that we don’t need to make our own spiritual “clothes”—Jesus is the One who provides all that’s needed.

“Christ is all that matters, and he lives in . . . us” (Colossians 3:11).

May we wear the beautiful clothing He provides today!

Have a blessed Wednesday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/29/17]   For us, it can be hard to surrender our ministry assignments to God, to wholeheartedly say, “I want your will to be done” (Luke 22:42). During those times, it helps to lean on Him and other believers in Jesus to remind us that God is indeed good and that He’s using us for His kingdom right where we are.

Have a blessed Tuesday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/24/17]   Let’s aim to be known as believers in Jesus who examine a message’s source and trustworthiness before we embrace it as truth or share it with others. May God give us wisdom to see what’s true! #TrueBelievers

Have a blessed Thursday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/23/17]   Jesus is kind to us all, but he won’t force anything on us. A posture of gratitude prompted by Him opens our heart and makes us willing to receive more of what God is so eager to give. #AHeartOfGratitude

Have a blessed Wednesday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/21/17]   Each day we need to be still and listen to the Lord. #BeStill

Have a blessed Monday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/18/17]   Often our cultures label and divide people according to differences—rich or poor, conservative or liberal, ethnic majority or minority. In the process, we can forget the shared humanity of all of us. Instead of working for common ground and justice for all people, we may stereotype and avoid people different from ourselves. For each of us, Leviticus 19’s command to love our neighbor should remind us to work to break down the labels and share life with others. As we live out God’s love, what unites us with others made in His image is always greater than what threatens to divide us. #LoveYourselfAndLoveOthers

Have a blessed Friday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/17/17]   We can expect God to provide—in His own way and time—for us too. #HeWillSupply

Happy Thursday!
Elder RayShaun L Stewart

[08/14/17]   When we take our eyes off our problems and instead focus on the acts of God in our lives, we will begin to see miracles of His goodness. As we uncover these treasures, may we also sing out in praise to the One who watches over and lovingly cares for us. #Miracles

Have a blessed Monday!

[08/12/17]   Jesus offers new life.

Have a blessed Tuesday!
