Our office is closed in observance of Marting Luther King Day.
Our churches were busy with "A Day to Remember" at FBC Lancaster. Dallas and Ellis Baptist Associations have partnered for several years in providing an awesome time for our churches to gather.
One Church in Midlothian hosted the communities MLK Day by providing a program followed by volunteering in the community.
Chett Haynes and Pastor Mac did a great job.
The new year is upon us and as you make resolutions I encourage you to begin praying now for God to show you someone new to connect with in 2019. Step out of your comfort zone to speak to her and embrace her. By praying for God to reveal someone new to you - He may be placing you in their life to welcome them, to love them, or walk alongside them through this season. He may be prodding them to do just that for you.
Women need other women to help them in their life-changing, ever-growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Be willing to be that woman for someone new.
