We pray you've had a wonderful weekend thus far, staying home and safe. Please make note of some LATE EVENING announcements:

Holy Communion: Please prepare to partake in our 1st Sunday Morning Worship Communion on tomorrow. Grab a cracker, piece of bread, and some juice or wine. We'll sanctify it and share in remembering the sacrifice of our Savior's Body and Blood.

Phone Stream Worship Line: We have been having perpetual problems with members listening to the worship service via phone. We have invested in a NEW SERVICE that allows you to dial a number (972.486.9929). You can even press 1 to be added to a call list that will notify you when worship is about to begin. This number will ONLY be used for Sunday Morning (10:15am), and Wednesday Bible Study (7:15pm). Our Conference Call line for Wednesday Morning Prayer, SOL, and Tue/Thur Check-in is the same!

#JesusChangedMyLife: As we prepare for Holy Week, we're asking all GBBC Members to create a 90-Second Video (Well Lit, good quality sound) to post on your own social media pages. In this video, you will simply share "How Jesus Changed Your Life." That's it! Also, add that GBBC will have our Resurrection Sunday Services on Youtube Live (GreaterDallas) and Facebook Live (GreaterDallas) on next Sunday (4/12/20) at 10:15am. Use #JesusChangedMyLife

[03/16/20]   Greetings GBBC Family & Friends,

As we continue embracing this temporary "New Normal," we must prayerful press through, taking steps of faith! On Sunday (Yesterday), we launched into new territory, streaming our first Sunday Morning Worship (Sermon Only), and the Lord was faithful.

It appears that the restrictions for corporate gatherings are becoming tighter, so we must be proactive in our preparation and protection. As a result, we are making plans to hold Sunday Worship (3/22/20), with ONLY essential personnel. This is for everyone's protection, and it is in alignment with the day-to-day changing mandates of our local and national governing bodies. Please do not plan on attending worship "in-person" on Sunday morning.

So, on Sunday, we will offer worship in the following formats beginning at our usual time of 10:00am:

*Youtube Live (GreaterwayDallas)
*Facebook (Greaterdallas)
*Conference Call (319.527.4229) We've heard there was some interference with Sunday's Worship Call, so we're addressing those issues.

We want to offer the following elements during Sunday's streamed worship service:

*A time of musical worship, a message for our Greater Kids, a message for Uturn, a message for our Bilingual Families, and a message for GBBC Members at large.

This is uncharted territory for all of us, so please be as prayerful and positive as possible. We will communicate later this week with any updates.

Also, we're planning on having a "Noonday Check-In" on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. Simply call GBBC's Conference Call number (319.527.4229), and join the party. There will be no muting of callers, so we can hear from everyone. It'll be crazy, but necessary, so we can actually hear how our faith family is fairing during this season. Look forward to hearing from everyone tomorrow! After a time of sharing and updates, Pastor Brown will lead us in a time of prayer.

Our Wednesday Morning Prayer Call continues to be in full effect. Wake up with us this Wednesday at 6:30am for a time of Word and Prayer! We need this NOW! Invite someone to join you, and add them to your call. Remember, the number is (319.527.4229).

Finally, as mentioned on Sunday, we're asking for members to check on the Senior Saints of GBBC. Give them a call or stop by (You do not have to go in). Also, we want communication to at its highest. You can NOW text any updates or needs to (972) 638-9554. We'll respond as soon as possible. The Church Offices are open for limited hours.
