Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.
Ephesians 6:18

[03/24/20]   Encouraging Word from The Daily Bread, on How God will provide for His own.
For twelve years, Chirpy, a seagull, has made daily visits to a man who’d helped him heal from a broken leg. John wooed Chirpy to himself with dog biscuits and was then able to nurse him back to health. Though Chirpy only resides in Instow Beach in Devon, England, between September and March, he and John Sumner find each other easily—Chirpy flies straight to him when he arrives at the beach each day, though he doesn’t approach any other human. It’s an uncommon relationship, to be sure.
John and Chirpy’s bond reminds me of another uncommon relationship between man and bird. When Elijah, one of God’s prophets, was sent into the wilderness to “hide in the Kerith Ravine” during a time of drought, God said he was to drink from the brook, and He’d send ravens to supply him with food (1 Kings 17:3-4). Despite the difficult circumstances and surroundings, Elijah would have his needs for food and water met. Ravens were unlikely caterers—naturally feeding on unseemly meals themselves—yet they brought Elijah wholesome food.
It may not surprise us that a man would help a bird, but when birds provide for a man with “bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening,” it can only be explained by God’s power and care (v. 6). Like Elijah, we too can trust in His provision for us.

[02/27/20]   2 Corinthians 12:10
For when I am weak, then i am strong.

People in the world might think Paul was contradicting his self, how can you be strong if you are weak? Paul was stating a very important truth: When we attempt to do Gods work in our own strength instead of Gods strength we will fail. Only when we turn to God and acknowledge our weakness will He step in and give use the strength we need to do His will.

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

[02/05/19]   Hello Facebook family, The month of February is St Andrew Daniel Fast (including prayer and reading the bible) today's scripture is Luke 6:27-29

Love Your Enemies
27 But to those of you who will listen, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone takes your cloak, do not withhold your tunic as well.…

[12/31/18]   Inviting Everyone out to hear a word to take you into the New Year,
Joshua 5:1-12 What it take to enter into your New Season

[12/05/18]   Romans 12:1-2 King James Version (KJV)
12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Your life as a christian should make non believers question their disbelief in God, not make use question our belief in God.

[11/12/18]   Who is your Boss
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

[10/16/18]   1 john 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
1John 5:15

And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Prayer is not something mysterious or secret: prayer is simply talking to God. And God wants us to talk to Him. He loves us, and He has promise to hear us when we pray.
Prayer is possible because Jesus Christ removed the barrier between God and us, a barrier caused by our sins. Sin separates us from God, and because of that, we have no right to come to Him in prayer. But Jesus removed the barrier when he Died at Calvary on the cross for us. When we commit our lives to Christ, God gives us the privilege of approaching "the Throne of Grace with confidence, so that we may recieve mercy and find Grace to help un in our time of need" Hebrews 4:16

[10/15/18]   Psalm 12:3-4 King James Version (KJV)
3 The Lord shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:
4 Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?

Oh, How we need to watch our words, including Politicians.(#45)

[10/09/18]   Gods Constant Love and Compassion
Because of the Lords great Love we are not consumed, for his compassion never fail.
Lamentations 3:22

[08/14/18]   Which Road Are you Traveling ?
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

My daughter used to sing a song I'm on the right road Know, We all have an Eternal address that we are headed to Heaven or hell. Many people when they go on a trip they plan the route they will take so they will arrive to their destination. Many people will SAY they are going to Heaven but the life they live, the choose's they make there not on the right road. Make sure your on the right road before it's to late to change direction. The Bible say's that there is a way that seems right to a man, but there end is destruction.

[07/26/18]   The power of Reaching just one soul.
Acts 8:26-39
26 Now an angel of the Lord said to Philip, “Go south to the road—the desert road—that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” 27 So he started out, and on his way he met an Ethiopian eunuch, an important official in charge of all the treasury of the Kandake (which means “queen of the Ethiopians”). This man had gone to Jerusalem to worship, 28 and on his way home was sitting in his chariot reading the Book of Isaiah the prophet. 29 The Spirit told Philip, “Go to that chariot and stay near it.” 30 Then Philip ran up to the chariot and heard the man reading Isaiah the prophet. “Do you understand what you are reading?” Philip asked. 31 “How can I,” he said, “unless someone explains it to me?” So he invited Philip to come up and sit with him. 32 This is the passage of Scripture the eunuch was reading: “He was led like a sheep to the slaughter, and as a lamb before its shearer is silent, so he did not open his mouth. 33 In his humiliation he was deprived of justice. Who can speak of his descendants? For his life was taken from the earth.” 34 The eunuch asked Philip, “Tell me, please, who is the prophet talking about, himself or someone else?” 35 Then Philip began with that very passage of Scripture and told him the good news about Jesus. 36 As they traveled along the road, they came to some water and the eunuch said, “Look, here is water. What can stand in the way of my being baptized? ” 38 And he gave orders to stop the chariot. Then both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water and Philip baptized him. 39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing.

Many times we have the opportunity to share the gospel to someone and we don't do it. We never know the impact of sharing the good news to even one person. Andrew told Peter about Jesus and it was Peter that preached on the day of Pentacost and Thousands were saved. It was a one on on conversation when Billy Grahm received the gospel and looks how many people that are saved because he shared the gospel. This Eunuch took the gospel back to Ethiopia.

The religious leader is like many of our church member's we identify people by the condition, or there sin. We see crack heads, prostitutes, gay's and lesbians, cheaters, and we look down on these people and don't want to deal with them. But these are the people that Jesus came to save. I'm not saying we accept there actions, but they are still people. How do you religious people see them, by there sin are as real people that need Jesus. If we look down on them when they come to see Jesus, we may be keeping them from seeing Him.

[03/13/18]   Are your words, words that Heal or Harm ? Proverbs 12:18 says Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.
How often have you had to apologize for something you said, because you didn't stop to think about what you were going to say. You didn't mean any harm, or hurt that persons feelings. But the reckless word or words slipped out-and once it was spoken the damage has been done. Jesus warned that people will have to give an account on that day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. (Matthew 12:36) Allways remember you can't unring a bell, saying i'm sorry dosn't take away the hurt.

The answer to reckless words inst trying to keep silent, the Bible says we should seek to do good with our speech: The touge of the wise brings healing. Remember Christ wants to be ruler over every part of your life- including your tongue.
