Darrel Auvenshine, Texas Baptists Missionary, asks for prayer. “This coming Sunday for Easter we are going to have our worship team on our front porch and I will preach and we will provide communion to the community around us. Please pray as I will be sharing The Gospel and providing an opportunity for people to respond.”

Jonatan Guerrero, River Ministry Missionary in Reynosa, MX shares, “This March it was not possible for us to work with the medical brigades but it was possible to share pantry items with families with need and share the message of our God. We had the resources to share with 25 of 50 families in need. Pray for those still in need of food items who have no work and are in not only physical need, but in need of hearing the message of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Without a doubt, this will be a difficult season for our Texas Baptist Camps. Camps are currently focusing on how they can serve others. I know one camp is partnering with local church and community projects to provide food for the many who have lost their jobs. Some camps could be available for emergency medical facilities, should there be need.

Please join me in praying for our Texas Baptist camps. Today, April 6th (4/6), at 10:00 am there will be a special time of unified prayer for this ministry that normally touches more than 350,000 individuals each year and is honored to be part of the 7,000 plus decisions to follow Christ.

Let’s all DO church & continue to SUPPORT church as we can! Thanks Dr Hardage for this good word!

Missions Team all together today...well, in a way. We had a good meeting and are ready to help you, our churches, in many ways! Who do you talk to most on Missions Team?

“In a time when our core team is tired and we've been praying for people with servant hearts to come alongside us, a lady found our business card in a library parking lot. She picked it up and brought her kids with her to our gathering. Two weeks in, she shares her husband is not a believer. The next week her husband comes. He’s asking questions about Jesus and wrestling with the cost of becoming a disciple. Please pray with us for his salvation.”
- Ben Ellis, Cornerstone Church Ministries, Pasadena

“We have chosen to spend the next forty days in fervent prayer, on our knees each day. I have received several amazing testimonies already. We have done some fasting and quite a few people have shared that they had never fasted before and it was very meaningful for them. Our people, truly, are praying like never before and we believe God is going to move like never before. We are claiming the promise of 2 Chronicles 7:13-15 and intentionally doing the things God said for us to do in order to see Him do the things He promises to do in response.”
