Country Fellowship

Highland Country Fellowship is a gospel centered community that is grace oriented, loves God, and loves our neighbors as ourselves. We believe the Gospel is just as simple as Jesus said it was:

Most assuredly I say to you, whoever believes in Me has everlasting life.

John 6:47

Note three implications in all of John's many evangelistic verses:
1) Believe Him, that all you have to do is believe Him for eternal life
2) Believe Him, that what you get when you believe Him is eternal!
3) Believe Him, that when you believe Him you have eternal life. When you believe Jesus for this amazing gift, you'll know you have eternal life-everlasting life that will never stop

Almighty, we huddle under the umbrella of your protection. The seas rise and turbulence is evident. We are ever-thankful that calm is found in you, Jesus. We are not worthy of the immense grace that you extend, but we are joyful for it. Time after time, we find that you are our stronghold. Accept our praises, now and forever! Amen. Amen.


Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8


Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds,because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. James 1:2-3


No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

Thank you Mighty One for being so very faithful! Thank you for providing a way out, every time we face temptation!


Then he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.” Luke 8:48

Father, we thank you for that which you put before us. Keep us mindful that the battle is indeed yours!

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23

Lord, allow the resolutions of a new year to reflect the Fruits of The Spirit. Amen. Amen.


Joy, prayer and gratitude are three ways that help us live authentically.

Lord we claim the peace that we find in you. We know that your answers to prayer are perfectly timed. Forgive us when we don’t praise you for answered prayer and grant is a grateful heart each day! Amen. Amen.


Like the Magi, believers are led by faith to seek God in the most hidden places, knowing that the Lord waits for them there.

Praises to you Lord for being in the most hidden places! Amen.


God walks along the dusty paths of our lives and responds to our longing for love and happiness by calling us to joy.

Father help us to find Joy in the Journey and help us to share that Joy with others. Amen.


God became a child to be closer to the men and women of every time, and to show us His infinite tenderness.

Lord, we thank you this day! May we show tenderness to those around us, all to glorify you!


For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. Titus 2:11-12


Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom. Psalm 90:12

Wonderful Counselor, keep us mindful of our experiences, for they provide a roadmap to our decision-making. Allow our experiences, shared or otherwise, to resonate in our hearts and provide compassion and mercy where there may be none. We seek you Lord, to guide us and protect us, not in just the next 364 days, but for all time. We rest firmly in your grip! Amen.


Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Corinthians 5:17

Sweet Jesus, thank you for renewal. We praise you for second chances. We praise you for clean slates. We praise you for do-overs. We praise you for previously failed attempts. We praise you for the opportunity of new lessons. We praise you for chances to recognize your hand in all that we do. We are firmly in your grip! Amen!


This is what the LORD says— he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:16, 18-19
