Calling all SMES children and families! Let’s show our support for the dedicated and hardworking medical community! Draw pictures and write cards to show our appreciation for all they are doing beyond the call of duty. These will be delivered to all staff at Parkland Hospital on Thursday afternoon. A collection box will be outside SMES beginning Sunday at 10am. Fill it up to show our love and thanks! Tag your classmates so the word gets out. ✏️ 🖍 🧻 👨‍⚕️ 👩‍⚕️ 💕

We had a visit from a dental hygienist and the tooth fairy. We learned how to brush in circles for 2 minutes and the importance of flossing! 🦷 🧚‍♀️

Our Ash Wednesday service led by Father Eric and the imposition of ashes helped prepare our children for Lent. 💜

It’s a favorite day when the Dallas Fire Department comes for a visit! We learned the difference between a fire engine and a fire truck plus so much more! 🚒 ❤️
