Richard Smallwood with Vision!"It Is Well With My Soul!"(Piano Solo)!"

It IS well with my Soul...
During Communion and the sharing of appointments at the North TX Annual Conference, the musician led us in this amazing song; "It is well, with my Soul." In that moment, my Soul just opened up... Tears flowed and the loving, cleansing Presence of the Holy Spirit flowed. Several folks around me were in tears. I love witnessing and viewing the Presence of the Holy Spirit in those around me... of course it doesn't last long... b/c the feeling is sooooo amazing and intense - you can't look at others and fully feel God's Presence... So... I closed my eyes and just thanked God, cried, tried to breathe... lifted my hands in Praise... I had to walk... b/c I wanted to run. I rocked because I wanted to jump. I moaned a little... But I wanted to SCREAM...
(I miss the radical praise and being able to just "break LOOSE" in joyful emotional, physical AND spiritual expression of what I am feeling in my Inner Being! The Dance!)

All I can say is, Praise God... Thank YOU, JESUS!!! Lord YOU ARE GOOD... and I am so thankful for my Baptism that completes me in YOU... for The Bread of Life and the Cup of Salvation that nurtures, sustains and empowers me... and for Your Holy Spirit that reminds me: I am Chosen of God for God's people and am loved... My Spirit and Soul was Ignited with God's Love.

Thank You, Jesus!
It IS WELL, with my Soul!
Thanking God for being appointed to Arcadia Park UMC for another year. God is sooo Good!

Richard Smallwood with Vision!"(Persuaded)Live In D.C!"(2001)!"

“… He who Dwells in the Shelter of The Most High, shall abide under the Shadow of The Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust…”
Psalm 91: 1-2

[05/12/15]   “… If thou can believe, all things are possible to him that believes…” ~ Mark 9:23

“… Thou shalt decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and The Light shall shine upon thy ways…” ~ Job 2:28

“… I Am the True Vine and My Father is the Husbandman…
Abide in Me…”

What are you ADDING for Lent?

Hear ye the Word of The Lord:
"In those days Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. And just as he was coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens torn apart and the Spirit descending like a dove on him. And a voice came from heaven, 'You are my Son, the Beloved; with you I am well pleased'" (Mark 1:9-11 NRSV).
