At PCBC we strive to Know God through worship, to Grow more like Christ in discipleship, and to Show Christ by reaching the lost world. Park Cities Baptist Church is a busy and vibrant church, with numerous ministries, missions and programs.

Yet, in everything we do, we strive to Know Christ through worship, to Grow more like Him through discipleship, and to Show His love by joining Him on mission, bringing hope and healing to our world through the Gospel.

THE GATHERING 2021!!

We are still in awe of all that Lord accomplished this week with PCBC Students!
For months our team has been begging the Holy Spirit to break down the power of sin, release chains of addiction, make His presence known and so much more - and the Lord was faithful to say yes and amen to it all and then some! Lord, may we never be the same!

“Five years ago today we lost 5 of our finest. Officers Thompson, Ahrens, Smith, Krol, and Zamarripa were gunned down during a peaceful protest in downtown Dallas.

They gave their lives seeking to protect and defend against such evil every day. May we never forget them, and others, who have given their lives serving us all. Following that tragic night, our pastors and leaders came together as never before. We were united as a people, seeking to understand, gathering, listening, and learning.

Since that day much progress has been made, but as I reflect today, I wonder- have we continued toward greater love and unity in our diversity, or have we taken steps backwards? I suppose the answer lies within each of us. Do you love others to a greater degree today than you did then, than you did last year, last week? Following the way of Jesus means we are constantly confronting, confessing sin in our lives, constantly growing, and loving others as He has loved us. Are you growing in understanding, in diversity of relationships, and your ability to bless others? Let’s keep praying for our city, for our God-given role in it, and may we look for ways to love others today.” - Pastor Jeff Warren

JIREH, You are enough

Whatever your day holds, HE IS JIREH and He will provide what you need today! It's a promise!

If He dresses the lilies with beauty and splendor
How much more will He clothe you?
If He watched over every sparrow
How much more does He love you?
You are Jireh,
You are enough.
Jireh, You are enough.
And I will be content in every circumstance.
You are Jireh, You are enough.

Christian leaders must FIRST be followers of Jesus. He is the model of humble, servant leadership – and that is to be our posture before Him and others. We’re glad you’ve joined us today for “Following in an Age of Leading” from our Paradox series.

"There are NO gifts given to men and not women, or certain things women "can't do" because they're inferior. God is calling us all to release women to be all that our Savior has in store for them. The way we shatter glass ceilings is not primarily through protest and rallying - instead it happens when our girls and our women are raised up to be like Christ and released to serve Him as HE leads them." - Dr. Jeff Warren

To follow and live the way of Jesus is countercultural to what many believe is the path to success, even in the Church.

The book of I Timothy is a letter that Paul, seasoned in his faith, sent to the younger church leader to mentor him in guiding the church in Ephesus back to the true teachings of Jesus – instructing them to choose meekness over power, unity over division and generosity over selfishness. These paradoxes are central to followers of Jesus.

With-in the world today is an ongoing venture of monumental failure. The intent of man as a whole to grasp the omnipotence of something greater than Himself. We endeavor to know a God capable of all creation but we never know Him because of religion.
