What an incredible 4 days we have had gallivanting around Memphis and Little Rock. We hung out on Beal street, went to a Grizzlies game and toured the National Civil Right Museum at the Lorraine Hotel. We checked out Graceland, drove to Little Rock, went to the Clinton Library and Museum, saw the Little Rock 9 statue on the Capitol grounds and went to Central High School. Group 1 is in the books, Group 2 leaves next Sunday!!
Arrived in Memphis, checked into our hotel, went our for BBQ, hit Beale Street & now we are at the NBA Memphis Grizzlies game!! #seniorspringbreaktripgroup1

Day 7: We drove to Atlanta, went to the Martin Luther King National Park, had burgers for dinner and celebrated a birthday! Another great day in the books for our Civil Rights Tour.

Day 4 - Selma, Alabama! What a day!
[07/29/19] We arrived in Montgomery last night about 10:00pm. Today is a big day....Legacy Museum, Peace and Justice, lunch in Downtown Montgomery, Rosa Parks Museum & Children’s Wing, First Baptist Church of Montgomery with Reverend Baxter Morris, a drive by of MLK, Jr’s Montgomery home and 3 local graffiti walls. It’s going to be a GREAT day!! Wish you were here!
Day 2 in Jackson, Mississippi was amazing! Breakfast at High Biscuits, spent the Day at the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum and dinner at Slim Chicken. We are now headed to Montgomery, Alabama.
