Steve Arterburn

To God, your Heavenly Father, YOU are not another face in the crowd or a number. He knows everything about you and you are SPECIAL to Him. Jesus says in Matthew 10:30, "But even the hairs of your head have been counted." When you cry out to Him, He hears you. In a world of instant gratification, we often confuse patiently waiting for God's perfect timing with Him not hearing our prayers. God loves YOU intimately, so much so, that He sent His son to die on the cross so you can spend forever with Him. Later today when you feel frustrated that your prayers haven't been answered, take the opportunity to trust Him instead. Read Jeremiah 29:11
