Hey Folks, To help us connect more often, we are starting a weekly Wednesday evening call at 7:00 pm that everyone can join in on. This Wednesday, Sammy, Kyle, and Bill will be sharing the amazing story of how Highland Country Fellowship began. God was definitely involved in the whole process, and it's a great story of His work. Even Sammy and Kyle couldn't mess it up! In the weeks ahead we will share stories, do some teaching, have Q & A time, and do other fun stuff. To participate in the call by phone: (774) 267-4536. (Long distance rates will apply if calling from a landline) To participate in the call on your computer clink this link. https://www.startmeeting.com/wall/hcfroundup
Hello Guys! I'm ready to sing along.
So thankful for the service. God is good!
What shenanigans is everyone up to today? We are having a little bit of fun with the toilet paper.... 😂
With things getting a bit more serious I am concerned for our older members that live alone and might need help. If anyone young or older needs assistance please let me know. Much love to all and sending prayers! 🙏🏻💜🙏🏻💜💕🙏🏻
Prayers... I’m at the hospital with my daughter in law who is pregnant. Her blood count is extremely elevated. Yesterday my grandson was released from hospital for virus infection. So they are not related at all. Praise god the unborn baby is fine. But we need to figure out what’s going on. While here careflight brought in a gentleman that fell off his roof and it was a mansion Please just pray for the entire er team to be able to help those here in need.
How about some Orange Blossom Special y'all? Featuring Billy Grammer
We enjoyed the HCF Christmas party very much! The music was outstanding; very talented musicians that care about worship. Sammy, Kyle, and Bill are amazing leaders who care about their members. So grateful for those who led me to this church. Thank you for the praise and prayers. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I sense that 2020 will be an even more an amazing year! 🥂🙏👍💃🕺
If anyone has an extra ticket I can buy for the Dinner on the 19th please let me know. I really would like to go. Many blessings! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
If anyone has an extra Christmas dance ticket I can buy, please let me know!!!

Founded in 2017 At Highland Country Fellowship we are committed to faithfulness to God's Word, discipleship and equipping of our members, fostering genuine relationships, and being salt and light to our community and beyond.

The foundation of our church is the love that God has revealed to us through His Son Jesus Christ and the hope that we have because of His resurrection. Because God loves us so freely, we are freed to love each other fully. Learning to love like this is a journey, and we are learning much as we travel together in community here at Highland. If you have been following Jesus Christ for years, or if you still have lots of questions, we would love the opportunity to walk alongside you and encourage you to fully embrace the love and hope that God offers through His Son. We hope that you will be able to visit us soon so that we can get to know you. God's love has changed our lives, and we know it can change yours, too! Join us Sunday mornings for our blended worship service at 10:45 a.m. or come earlier and sit in on one of our Bible Study classes starting at 9:30 a.m. You are also welcome to check out one of our Life Groups that meet in various places around Dallas during the week. For more information about Life Groups or the church in general, contact Kyle Carper at [email protected].

[03/29/20]   Hey everyone, sorry about the interruption in the service this morning. We’re trying to figure it out but think it’s a bandwith issue, or maybe a band height issue, but that wouldn’t apply to me. I’ll be posting the whole service with the dramatic conclusion in a few minutes.

Love you all,

Sammy

[03/15/20]   When we read through the story of the Bible we find that it is most often in the time of trial, testing and tribulation that the people of God find faith. This is true for us today. As the Apostle Paul reminds us, although not all things in this world, including coronavirus, can be considered good, we know that, “In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Indeed, you have been called for His purposes. You love God and God loves you. And as a people of faith, we can enter into this uncertain season with the confidence of the early church saying these words, “What, then, shall we say in response to all these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? ... Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:28-39) Thanks be to God. Amen.

Beloved family of Highland Country Fellowship, (Sunday 4-5-2020)

For the third week, with so many concerns and unknowns about the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have decided not to hold a public gathering.

WE WILL of course be holding our services online with a video link from our webside here http://highlandcountryfellowship.org/watch-live and also below in our Facebook timeline! Join us at 10:45 CST!

This decision was not made lightly or easily. Abundance of caution, lack of information and concern for the earthly health and safety of our HCF family motivated us to close our physical doors.

But, we remain primarily concerned for the eternal health of our church body and as such we invite you to join us online for our weekly worship and Word of God. Our worship team and pastors will be conducting our weekly service and folks will be praying for your general and specific needs.

For now, we are making decisions on a week-to-week basis about future services and we will communicate with you by email and by posting on our website.

God bless you and keep you safe,

Bill, Kyle and Sammy

Beloved family of Highland Country Fellowship,

For this weekend, with so many concerns and unknowns about the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have decided not to hold a public gathering.

We will follow up with specific instructions on how you can watch from home (and invite your uninfected neighbors!).

For now, we are making decisions on a week-to-week basis about future services and we will communicate with you by email and by posting on our website.

God bless you and keep you safe,

Bill, Kyle and Sammy

About Us

Dallas is a great city with a lot of great churches, so we want to give you a taste of our church and tell you about the kind of people who might feel at home with us.

First, we know life is messy, but we also know there’s hope. We want people to “come as they are” to our meetings and we aren’t just talking about our dress code. We don’t want people to feel like they have to clean up their act to feel at home with us and we certainly don’t want to add to the load they are already carrying. Jesus says he came to lighten our burdens and give rest to our souls. We want people to have that experience. Just about all of us here have had our share of problems, and we are not ashamed that we needed the grace of Jesus and the help of our friends and family just to get through.

Second, we really enjoy our music with a little country mixed in. We sing some of the old hymns and as well as some modern songs, and we think you will really enjoy how these songs sound when we add a steel guitar, mandolin or fiddle with some great country voices. It brings our time of worship to life.

Third, we preach from the Bible and we believe its God’s word given to us – not an instruction manual on how to make our lives on earth perfect, but a place we can learn about the perfect one, Jesus, who gave so much for us and wants us to know him in a real personal way.
