We have ONE spot for a community group in our Fall Parenting on Point Session.
What: Parenting on Point is a 13 week class (large group, small group format) within the context of a community group that teaches God’s perspective on parenting.
When: Thursday nights; 7 – 8:45pm; August 28 – November 20
Cost: $50 per couple (however, we do not want cost to be an issue in taking the class. Please email us with any concerns.)
Topics: Range from personal roles in parenting, teaching your kids to be fully devoted to Christ, discipline, discernment, and leaving a legacy.
Kids’ Ministry: Available with registration for the entire semester, if needed.
**NOTE: If your children are under 2 years of age, the curriculum will be more theoretical. We would still love for you to participate in the class, just be aware you may not be able to implement the applications for a few of years.
-Do I have to take this with my community group?
Yes. We strongly believe there are great benefits to parenting in community, and want to set you and your group up to continue parenting together long after this class is over.
-Not everyone in my group wants to take the class; can we still come?
We require a majority; please email us to discuss.
-I’m not in a community group; can I still come?
No. We believe a higher priority than this parenting class is being in community. Click here for information on the upcoming GroupLinks to form a new group.
Please email Chelsea Williams with any questions. We would love to have your group.
