Whether you already live a prayerful lifestyle, you’re ready to start one, or just want to be in a prayerful environment, we encourage you to join us for all-church prayer tonight.
The tax collector in this passage prays one line; full of passion, honesty, and a sincere desire to be forgiven by God. The bible states that “he who humbles himself shall be exalted,” therefore, we can know that there’s a path to a grace-filled, new beginning. It’s time to pray; with heart and with honesty.
We’re looking forward to another Sunday to worship and celebrate the goodness & grace of Jesus, and a message from our #youthpastor @andrewlucas1 !We’d love for you to join us for church tomorrow. Service starts at 10am.
Without faith it’s impossible to please God (Heb 11:6). So not only must we have faith, but it will not be effective unless we are committed and submitted to more than merely professing our faith, we’ve got to get to work.
Help us celebrate the hard work and commitment shown by our awesome #classof2020 !!
We’re looking forward to another refreshing Midweek Service tonight. We invite you to come ready for worship, and an encouraging word from our Youth Pastor @andrewlucas1

Jesus Christ is the answer, yes, but to really take on the fullness of His grace, promises, joy, and salvation, we must submit and align our own will and desires to His. He always keeps His word; do we?

Now, more than ever.
What kind of seed are you putting in the ground, how are your nurturing it? How are you cultivating it? What are you doing? Achievement is not an accident, failure is not either. It's what you're doing. It's what you're putting in. - Pastor Foster

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
16 Rejoice evermore.17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
The Bible says to “rejoice evermore,” that means no matter the situation we continually pray and thank God for being good, mighty and loving. We praise him for the healing that’s coming, we praise him for the answer we have been fervently praying for. Even if he heals us or not, if he answers a prayer or not. We keep thanking him. Then the Bible goes on further and says “pray without ceasing;” we keep praying, never stop. Pray when we rise, pray when we eat, pray when we walk and before we sleep. Thanking God and talking to him keeps us connected to him and shows our love for him.
