Gateway Dallas

Dallas Gateway Church you have failed your God or found another!
I am disappointed that you would host Trump's visit to Dallas. This is a slap in the face to your Black parishioners😢.
Stay safe everyone. Gerry Johnson
Thank you Gateway Dallas for your generous donations to the women’s Prison Ministry! ❤️🙏🏻We will make another delivery the last weekend in May. 😊☀️so, if you didn’t get a chance to clean out your closets or shop for toliet articles, you can still participate! 🌻thank you for blessing so many ladies!
From a very appreciative mom. Thank you.
I was reminded in my devotion today that we are called to action: We have been given the “message of reconciliation” to “go and make disciples” and “let [our] light shine before others” (2 Corinthians 5:19, Matthew 28:19, Matthew 5:16). We are to “bless those who curse [us], pray for those who mistreat [us],” “speak the truth in love,” refrain from worry and lose our lives for Jesus (Luke 6:28; Ephesians 4:15, NLT; Philippians 4:6; Mark 8:35). Wow! We are called to a lot of action each day as we live as new creations in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). But we have these promises from our Savior to help us: “I am with you always” (Matthew 28:20). “I love you with an everlasting love” (Jeremiah 31:3). “I will never leave you or forsake you” (Deuteronomy 31:6). “I give you the free gift of eternal life” (Romans 6:23). “I am the light of your life” (John 8:12). The Christian faith is a daily faith. Today is all we need to worry about as we live for the sake of Christ and the gospel. Today, we are each surrounded by divine appointments and opportunities to break the silence. I love to see all that Gateway is doing in the community that we might not otherwise be involved with. I believe that COVID-19 has definitely caused us to reach out more, to search more for those that we can help! While, it has made my daily lifestyle "different", I pray that it is a "different" that makes a DIFFERENCE to others in the name of Jesus.
We were touched so much and I cried. God’s presence was most certainly felt there. 💕 thank you for putting this together so we could be apart of it.
Fellow Gateway Family, I’m asking for help. My car was stolen on Tuesday April 21, 2020 from my apt garage. I’m offering a $300 cash reward. The police have been VERY unhelpful which is a bit disheartening. The thief has been using my toll tag repeatedly and I have attached a picture below to show the whereabouts. If you see my car, please call it into 911 and text me @ 817-891-1155 Thank you

During the week of Passover this year April 8-16, 2020. I embolden the world to place a RED ribbon above the door of your home just like they did in Exodus 12:13- “And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you… Pray with your family for God to eradicate COVID19. Believe in the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Be a witness to the world with a RED ribbon and prove the power of God’s grace and love!!#PASSOVERCOVID19 Watch "Jimmy Evans Live Gateway Church" March 28, 2020 service on Youtube Join us tonight at 7:00 for an all church prayer meeting.🙏🏻
Greetings, Prayer Warriors! Now is the time to gather together (via virtual technology) and pray! If you are available on Tuesday nights (TONIGHT) at 7:00 pm, please join us and unify with us in prayer as we pray for the many issues facing our families, the Body of Christ, our communities, nation and world. We hope that you are staying safe and using this special sabbath season to draw closer to God and behold Him working His purposes out! Our God is still on the throne and we are seeing His miracle-working power at work every day. We are not letting the enemy’s attacks thwart us from our calling to Intercessory Prayer and will continue EACH TUESDAY at 7:00 pm via online technology using the ZOOM app! Seeing that we may have a large number participate and we are limited on time, each of the topics will be pre-assigned to various prayer warriors each week. At the conclusion of praying for all the topics, there will be an opportunity for anyone else to pray. Details about that will be explained at the beginning of each meeting. To join, please click on the following link at 7:00 pm each Tuesday and follow the prompts: Join our Cloud HD Video Meeting now May God bless you and keep you safe this day and all days!

Gateway Church is a multi-campus church in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This page is for the Dallas Campus led by Pastor Steve Thompson.

At Gateway, we’re all about people. We’re all about people because God is all about people. One of the ways we express our love for Him is through our love for people, and we do that by helping each person who comes to Gateway grow in their relationship with the Lord. So whether you and your family are new to church, new to the Dallas area, or simply new to Gateway, we are happy to welcome you into our church family!

Mission: Our mission is to help each person at Gateway believe in Jesus, belong to family, become a follower, and build God’s kingdom.

God has created us to have relationship with not only the people around us, but with Him(Leviticus 26:12 (NIV)!

He wants to walk along side us, have daily conversations with and He simply just wants us to be His friend! How incredible is it that the God of the universe wants a be our friend? 🤯

Our Gateway Dallas Family is partnering with the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) and becoming a weekly food distribution site for the community! How cool is that?!

NTFB will supply nutritious food, including fresh produce, dry/canned goods, kid’s snacks and one container of milk, through a contact-free drive-through food distribution at the Gateway Dallas campus for families and individuals facing food insecurity. We will also have an on-site prayer area for those wishing to pray with someone after they’ve received their supplies.

Food distribution will occur every Thursday from 10am-12pm, in our north parking lot beginning Thursday, June 18, and will continue each week for as long as there is a need.

If you or someone you know is in need of food during this time, please send them to the Dallas Campus during distribution.
They don’t need to sign up.
No Driver’s License.
Just show up!

Pastor Tim Ross' message was a must-hear! If you haven't already, watch today!

Table Talk with Landon and Holly Benjamin. Hosted by Zach and Amanda Cheatham

The Bible tells us in Romans 12:15, “... weep with those who weep.” Today there are many people weeping in our country while we continue to see the abhorrent fruit of racism, prejudice, and hatred that divides our nation. To those who grieve, we say as a church, “Our hearts are broken too and we grieve with you, we see you, and we love you.”

Since the start of Gateway Church, our slogan has been “We’re all about people.” This means regardless of color, culture, or class, all people matter to us because all people matter to God. We boldly proclaim as the family of God: We are not color blind, but we are color blessed. So how can our color-blessed family, the body of Christ, respond in times like this?

Pray. Prayer is not a passive disposition but a powerful recognition that we are engaged in a spiritual battle. Pray that God would heal our land (2 Chronicles 7:14), unify our hearts (Psalm 133), and that we as disciples of Christ would truly be known by the way we love one another (John 13:35).

Listen. We like to say, “Go to the other side of the bottle,” meaning educate yourself by engaging in meaningful conversations with friends, colleagues, and neighbors who are different than you. Ask them about their experience, listen to their perspective, and ask how you can be a support.

Speak. Paul confronts Peter in Galatians 2 when he stops eating with the Gentiles because he was afraid of criticism. As the Church, we too are called to speak the truth in love. When we hear divisive, derogatory, or racist language, call it out. When we witness the mistreatment of other individuals because of their color, culture, or class, confront it. Because NOW is the time. NOW is the time for the Church to rise up. NOW is the time for us to be an instrument of healing and unity. NOW is the time to truly love one another.

A reminder from Pastor Robert... Throughout your week, remember God is always with you and His love for you knows NO bounds!

Don't forget about our Mid-Week Worship night on our Gateway Dallas Facebook group!

If you're wondering if this has an impact, here's a testimony from one of the staff at BUMC:

"In my 19 years working at BUMC, this prayer caravan will be the most treasured memory! An opportunity to bring together faith and employment in a very powerful way. When I walked outside, I looked up to the top of parking garage and I saw signs, balloons, and people cheering while I heard the song playing, "God, come in and change the atmosphere." HE DID! God was so near. I felt so much love from the Lord and from HIS people. I felt the power of prayer, healing, and peace fall upon Baylor University Medical Center as car after car drove by with signs sharing love for healthcare workers. I heard beautiful prayers calling Jesus in to heal the patients at BUMC, protect the healthcare workers, and comfort the families of these patients. The conclusion of this beautiful moment brought me to tears." — Jenny
