I'm asking for prayer, please. One of my amazing friends is currently in surgery and just had both of her thyroid glands removed, due to a cancerous mass on her right thyroid. She is like a sister to me, and I just can't imagine how hard it is going to be for her to keep believing that God had a plan, even for this. She has 3 children at home (10,15 and 17), and is scheduled to be married this Labor Day. I ask that you pray for strength, determination, and comfort for her during this time, as well as compassion and understanding for her family. Thank you, and I hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day. Hug your babies (even the big ones)!!
I'd like to ask for some major prayers for a friend's son. He is in very poor health, and has lived a life full of health issues. He has surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning. In her words, their best case scenario is most peoples' very worst case scenario. I can't imagine what that must feel like, as a parent, and how terrifying that must be. It's such a complicated situation, that I can't make heads or tails of any details. Just please pray. Thank you all!!
