The 635 (Catholic young adult event) and Sherwood Fellows are shooting a film TODAY (Based on Acts of the Apostles) and we need some EXTRAS anytime between 4:30-9:00PM TONIGHT! Sunday's tornados narrowly missed St. Monica Catholic Church and St. Monica Catholic School , but students, parents, priests and members of the Dad's Club went to the school to clean up the campus. Dads then went to heavily damaged areas across the street to help neighbors in need.

Blessing of the Animals. A special thank you to all who braved the heat to get this special blessing for their animals on St. Francis of Assisi’s feast day.

Thank you for your participation in the celebration of the feast of St. Monica! During the 40 hours of Eucharistic Adoration, we had around 400 adorers and 500+ attendees were counted in Mass. Thank you for making this a memorable and special day for our patron, St. Monica. We are looking forward to celebrating with you next year!

Our church has so many wonderful ministries that are always ready to lend a helping hand. On Friday members of Troop 412 helped put together a playhouse for the preschool and a few 8th graders helped change out the missalettes in the church. We have over 90 ministries at St. Monica and our school is one of our largest ministries. #WeAreStMonica #SMSProud

We are so blessed to have such a fabulous community and involved church leaders! Father Wade, an Eagle Scout, recently attended summer camp at Buffalo Trail Scout Ranch with St. Monica's BSA Troop 412.

Thank you to everyone that helped, supported and attended our annual St. Monica Catholic Church 4th of July Picnic and concert. Of special thanks to Knights of Columbus preparing hot dogs and hamburgers, Hispanic Ministries (Ministerios Hispanos) for the delicious fajitas. To the Usher Ministry that provided a very generous monetary donation to assist with purchase of sodas and other event expenses. To our various ministries that provided the delicious cookies: Catholic Daughters, JCDA, Prayer Shawl Ministry, PTO, Catechists. Our St. Monica Choir that ends the festivities with a patriotic concert. And to our maintenance crew and St. Monica Staff that contributed with their hard work and time in putting this together. We are truly blessed!
