Cranmer Theological House

Cranmer Theological House is a traditional Anglican school of ministry under the auspices of the Diocese of Mid-America of the Reformed Episcopal Church.

CTH is distinguished by our strong commitment to the historic Anglican formularies: the Holy Scriptures as the infallible Word of the living God, our adherence to the historic Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion, and our commitment to the worship and polity of the traditional Book of Common Prayer.

Cranmer House Advent Devotional 2017

The season of Advent is a time of preparation and expectation. During this semi-penitential season, our thoughts are drawn to the first and second Advents of our Lord Jesus Christ. During this season, we prepare for our Lord’s return to judge the quick and the dead while anticipating the celebration of his incarnation.

Members of the faculty of Cranmer Theological House and other clergy in the Reformed Episcopal Church have written devotionals on selected Psalms. We offer these meditations for you as you prepare through meditation and contemplation for the advent of Christ.

May our Lord Jesus bless you throughout Advent as you prepare for the coming of the Messiah.

[07/01/15]   Announcement of Tuition Increase, Effective September 1, 2015

In an effort to meet the demands of the continued growth of Cranmer Theological House, the Board of Trustees has approved the implementation of an online management software called Populi. This software will help Cranmer’s students and professors with scheduling and communications, online payments, and many other things. The cost of this new system will result in a slight tuition increase for credit courses. Therefore, beginning September 1, 2015, tuition for credit courses will be $550.00. The cost to audit any class will remain the same, $250.00.

The future looks bright for Cranmer Theological House as we continue to gather and grow our student body, both physical and virtual. Cranmer continues in the Reformed Episcopal Tradition in training orthodox clergy, deaconesses, and lay people in the service of Christ’s Church. In so doing, we will endeavor to keep costs at a very reasonable rate.

May the Lord Jesus richly bless all in their endeavors to further His Kingdom.
