He is resting now and is expected to have a full recovery, although he may be in the hospital several days.

Our next Sunday school topic will be John Wesley. In preparation feel free to look him up yourself. Where was he born? How many siblings did he have? What doctrine did he hold to? What school did he found?

[04/05/14]   Update on Kristina Hollomon's Sister in law Kristin,

"The prayers are working ... Her vitals are stable. She is moving more, but still unconscious. After being in surgery all day Wednesday which repaired her knee and hip, she spent Thursday just recovering. She is responding to stimuli. They do not believe there is any brain damage, but as mentioned before she had still not awakened. Zachary ' s funeral is on Monday."

This coming Sunday's Sunday school lesson will be on John Bunyan.

[03/02/14]   Due to extreme weather conditions, (a.k.a layer of ice on road) Evening Service is CANCELLED tonight.

Our missionary families appreciate and need our prayer. Pastor Keller has approved choosing a missionary family each month for the church to lift up especially(not exclusively) in corporate prayer. During that month Christ Covenant hopes to provide extra information about that family so that everyone can get to know them better and pray for them better.

[02/23/14]   Pastor Keller is going to the ER this morning. Please pray that the doctors will be able to discover what is wrong and help him.

General information

Greetings from Christ Covenant Church! Our aim is “to glorify God and to enjoy him forever”. For this reason, you will find here expository preaching from both the Old and New Testaments that centers on Christ. You will find worship that is both joyful and reverent. You will find a fellowship of believers that is welcoming and encouraging. Our goal as a church is to grow together in the grace and knowledge of the One who has redeemed us from sin and death and has given us eternal life – the Lord Jesus Christ. We are a Bible-believing Presbyterian church serving the southern area of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Since we believe that the Bible is the infallible Word of God, we value strong Biblical teaching and try to live our lives in obedience to God. Christ Covenant Church is made up of people from a variety of theological backgrounds, people who are new to the Reformed faith as well as people who have been raised in it. But we're united in our desire to grow in faith and knowledge, that our lives might be more conformed to Christ. At Christ Covenant Church, you'll find a family. We are brothers and sisters in Christ, and we have a deep love and concern for each other, in our daily lives and in our walk with the Lord.
