Translation Church

The vision of Translation Church is that the Word of God will be taught with simplicity and in the way people will live in the highest reality of God.

[03/20/19]   My friend, it’s important to keep a good mind set in order to operate in sound judgement in life.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)

A sound mind is a disciplined, well-balanced and self-controlled mind. It’s imperative to discipline your mind in order to exemplify good behavior and right attitude. The word “discipline” is defined as “training that teaches one to obey rulers.” We should be training our mind on what to think about and what not to think about. The best way to jump start this training is through the Word of God.

“For the Word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” — Hebrews 4:12 (NKJV)

If we do not learn to train or teach our mind to come under the submission of the Word of God, it will begin to conform to the things of this world. It is so important to renew our mind daily through reading the Bible and fellowshipping with God. Keep yourself in the knowledge of Him.

“And have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,” — Colossians 3:10 (NKJV)

“Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid.” — Proverbs 12:1 (NKJV)

The more knowledge and understanding you have of God and what His Word says, you will become more disciplined to execute His will for your life.

Here at Translation Church, we are teaching on “Living in the sound mind.” Join us this Sunday :

[01/01/19]   Are you in the right “peace” today?

The world defines peace as being free from stress, pressure, trouble and conflict.

True peace is first knowing that you have a personal relationship with God.

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we[a] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,” — Romans 5:1

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” — John 14:27

This particular peace is produced by the fruit of the spirit which is the nature of God. Only when we dwell with God that is when we can experience this great peace. Christ is the prince of peace. He will always see us through suffering, distress, humiliation, etc. The peace the world gives ends when a storm comes.

Paul had the peace of God and he endured until he was victorious.

“Are they servants of Christ? (I am out of my mind to talk like this.) I am more. I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again. 24 Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one. 25 Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was pelted with stones, three times I was shipwrecked, I spent a night and a day in the open sea, 26 I have been constantly on the move. I have been in danger from rivers, in danger from bandits, in danger from my fellow Jews, in danger from Gentiles; in danger in the city, in danger in the country, in danger at sea; and in danger from false believers. 27 I have labored and toiled and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food; I have been cold and naked. 28 Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches.” — 2 Corinthians 11:23-28

“17 But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. And I was delivered from the lion’s mouth. 18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” — 2 Timothy 4:17-18

God bless!

[11/06/18]   Do not feel bad when trouble or trials come to you. This is the time when God’s presence, power and goodness can be found, through your faith.

Romans 5 : 1-3
“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,”
(2) “through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.”
(3) “And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance.”

Remember, the glory of God is His presence, power and goodness.

God bless!

[10/19/18]   When you are in the presence of God, everything that is holding you back, everything setting you back or blocking you, whatever avenue or weapon the enemy is utilizing to attack you, has to cease!

“When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.”
(Psalm 9:3)

[11/08/16]   Faith is a spiritual force that controls natural things. #translationchurch

[07/20/16]   "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men." — Colossians 3:23

[06/30/16]   "Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good." — Romans 12:9

Our conduct should be love. The love is to be genuine and unfeigned. #translationchurch

[06/22/16]   Rarely is a battle overturned and won in a minute. That is why I want to encourage you to continue in prayer. You may not receive God's response immediately because battles are taking place in the heavenlies. #StaytheCourse

[06/01/16]   Regardless of what disaster may befall others it will not affect Christians who comply with God's direction for their life. No evil of any description or plague can overcome Christians who have made God their habitation. #translationchurch

[05/31/16]   Make a decision not to look at—or for—flaws. We all have them! But you don’t have to focus on them. (Matt. 7:5) #translationchurch

[05/24/16]   The body of Christ is behind because we are more concerned about prosperity and not the likeness of God. We want God to bless us with what we like but we don't want to live like Him! #translationchurch

[05/15/16]   Once we restore God's image, the favor of God will rest upon this nation again. #translationchurch

[05/11/16]   You should never be lazy about renewing yourself in God! #translationchurch

[05/10/16]   Forget about yourself and start doing all you can to help others. Encourage, edify, lift up, comfort, help, give hope, relieve pain, and lift burdens. If that is your goal, you will be one of those rare individuals who actually make the world a better place and put a smile on every face.

What are you going to do today to put smiles on faces? It won’t just happen—you have to be intentional about it. Listen for God to show you what to do and then trust that it will bless them…and you! — #JoyceMeyer

[05/08/16]   "You cannot expect this country or even the world to respect, praise or worship God when we are not giving them the proper image of who God is. When we don't wear the image of God, we don't reflect who He is." #translationchurch

[05/04/16]   The enemy (Satan) wants us to waste our time thinking about what we can't do. He wants us to compare ourselves to others and focus on our weaknesses. However, when the Lord looks at us, He sees our potential! He wants us to focus on how much we can do; He wants us to lean on HIS strength and ability to do the great things He has planned for us. #iamtranslated

[04/10/16]   Anytime you don't act on what God tells you it is an indication your faith is dead. — Pastor Jerry L. Hall #faithseries

[03/31/16]   Good Morning!

"And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season. His leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." — Psalm 1:3

The man who delights in God's Word, being taught by it, bringeth forth patience in the time of suffering, faith in the day of trial, and holy joy in the hour of prosperity.
