***Your Weekly CCC Announcements*** ✅ Growth Track: In 2019 the leadership team has developed a GPS for individual spiritual growth over the next year. We are calling it Growth Track. Growth Track is a semester community group driven discipleship program. What does that mean? It means you choose what group you want to join and by the end of four semesters and four community groups you will have the tools to handle whatever this crazy road trip called life throws at you! (http://www.capitalcommunity.org/ministries/growth-track/) ✅ Simply Jesus: For many, the Jesus of the Bible has seemly gone missing! We grew up hearing about the Jesus who was totally perfect but everywhere he went, he attracted imperfect people. He was straight up honest about why it was better to stop sinning. But the masses found his messages profound and simply irresistible. They loved him, and he loved them back. He offered hope when the religious people offered only damnation. Join us as we rediscover that original Jesus and find out what he has to say to us…plain and simple! ✅ Leadership Challenge: Capital Community Church is pleased to present the Leadership Challenge Weekend. Our Senior Pastor Chester L. Mitchell will be joined by the Dynamic Pastor Akil Thompson for a time of refocusing on God’s vision for CCC and accepting the challenge of being a part of an amazing team that is excited about being a part of God’s amazing story of lives changed by the Holy Spirit. ✅ Connect Groups exists to draw us together as Kingdom builders in our lives, our homes, our jobs, our community, and our church. We strive to be continually growing in our relationship with Christ through prayer, studying His word, fellowship and service. Connect groups are a great way to grow in faith, practicing accountability and becoming stronger disciples for Christ. ✅ Jump Start: Jump start is a 20 min presentation in which both the kids and parents learn together what it means to have a personal relationship with Jes
