Throw back to December, 1956. Ann Gravel and Marilyn Guillory put the finishes touches on the Manger scene at St. Frances Cabrini Church. At the time( in 1956), the church could only afford the Baby Jesus figure so the Mary and Joseph statues were moved to become part of the Nativity scene. The statues of Mary and Joseph are part of the sanctuary statues that still stand in the church today.
We officially have concrete early this morning!
An exciting end to the week as the construction continued on the church hall! Thank you to everyone who has contributed and those who continue to make monthly donations!
