The Ruth Chapter of Daughters of the King at St. Paul's invites you to a pre-Advent Quiet Morning in the sanctuary on Saturday, November 9 from 9 am to Noon. This will be a morning of contemplation and refreshment before Advent begins. We'll offer periodic prayers to help us prepare our hearts for the holy season of Advent and its true meaning.
Yesterday was a great day for a baptism!
A perfect gift... to remind me to be thankful.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE 7:45 SERVICE?
This morning at St. Paul’s, at the 7:45 service, American folk singer/songwriter Tom Paxton, paid a heartfelt musical tribute to his friend and longtime St. Paul’s parishioner, Don Elder, by singing “Outward Bound” at Don’s memorial service. Don, a huge fan of folk music, was friends with Tom for many years.
This weekend's sermon from the Rev. Elizabeth Rees.
Daughters of the King hosted Bible Study on the Book of Ruth is canceled for this evening due to icy conditions. We will have our first meeting next Monday Evening at 7:00 PM at 718 Wolfe Street, Alexandria VA. All are welcome.
