This excerpt from the Autobiography of Us by Aria Beth Sloss moves me "...I suppose that could be said of anyone we love, that their effects on our lives run so deeply, with such grave force, we hardly know what they mean until they are gone." I am going to try harder to embrace the love in my life.
Just a little soul food.

I will not die an unlived life.
I will not live in fear
of falling or catching fire.
I choose to inhabit my days,
to allow my living to open me,
to make me less afraid,
more accessible,
to loosen my heart
until it becomes a wing,
a torch, a promise.
I choose to risk my significance;
to live so that which came to me as seed
goes to the next as blossom
and that which came to me in blossom
goes on as fruit.
-Dawna Markova

Do whatever you think replenish your soul from over working. People need to focus more on spending their time on what makes them happy. Happiness is the best medicine for the soul.
