My need for police protection: public servants stalking me in attempt to knowingly force unnecessary detention. (Rusty W. Carlos E. from Gartlan Drop In Center.)

Dear Mt. Vernon Commander, Fairfax County PD. Virginia, United States of America.
You have my previous emails I sent you and many others. The last email I sent you is dated Friday, Jan 3, 2020 at 11:57 AM. The subject line reads: "The foundation for the State of Nebraska's 25+ year reign of terror against attorney Thomas R. Zakrzewski for the crime of nothing." Following is a brief description of the criminal behavior directed at me the last 4 months while I live homeless in Fairfax Co. VA. I have been sending you emails since 2018. I think you responded to one of my emails, only one, and your response caused a sense of mistrust toward you.
From: Thomas R. Zakrzewski JD, survivor of events described in gmail submitted to this newswire and to Evelyn T. see: "The State of Nebraska's foundation for its 25+ year reign of terror against attorney Thomas R. Zakrzewski for the crime of nothing." Also posted on face book under my name. In the last 4 months, Sept. 2019 to Jan. 2020, the following has occurred in Fairfax County, VA. (Although not specifically mentioned here I have also been the victim of other types of criminal behavior while living homeless as described herein.)
1. I make doctor appointment, attend appointment, consent to exam, blood draw, blood tests toward the end of August 2017. Mount Vernon Internal Medicine never fills a prescription based on this Aug. blood test. My repeated attempts for explanation for MVIM's refusal to fill thyroid prescription per paid for medical services unsuccessfully explained. Includes fully informing Fairfax Co. Health Dept. of events who have ignored my ethical complaint. I left written complaint of MVIN's behavior at local magistrate's office, through opening in window clearly inside office and took picture thereof. Said material returned to me by Jen, fellow client at local homeless shelter approx week later. (Kennedy).
2. Rising Hope Church's Pastor Kerry approaches me. For approx. 5 months I was a daily worshiper at the church, 2 Bible studies a week. Previously in 2017 early 2018 a volunteer. Pastor Kerry states two unidentified men came in looking for me and hands me "booklet" directing a person suffering a mental health crisis to available public assistance. My repeated emails to Rising Hope to find out any information about the two men have went unanswered, i.e. who, what, where, any questions or claims they may have asserted about me, etc. and what Pastor Kerry told them, (such as "heck the guy is enlightened! Humor). There was also a strange event during Sunday Service causing me concern involving "Walter". Rising Hope said they would investigate then seemed to "forget about it"
3. On 3 occasions Rusty from local drop in center attempts to approach me, even disregarding my obvious effort displayed that his encroachment was not welcome by me. My repeated attempts to get Rusty's boss, Carlos E. to find out why, what, what claimed information and for what reasons Rusty wants so badly for us be in close physical proximity, (speaking distance), when he could simply email, text or phone me any info, questions, etc. have went unanswered. I complained about Rusty and Carlos's behavior in email to Commonwealth Attorney on their official web site. No response of any kind. Again, pattern of criminal behavior proven in last email I sent you Commander is that my public servants have for 20 years falsely claimed a need to force medical treatment on me "for my own good" knowing it is unnecessary and intended to conceal past similar conduct to actually oppress. My proof is conclusive sir.
4. Kennedy Homeless Shelter refuses the two months I am there to address direct and proximate cause of my homeless, i.e. long term and current victim of criminal behavior. Case Worker Parker, despite my written request for different case worker, evicts me "for not doing enough to obtain housing". 11:00 p.m I sign eviction notice and intent to appeal. That morning I am told I had not appealed so hit the street jack and don't you come back no more, no more. (Humor). During my two months at Kennedy I regularly supplied case worker Parker and upper management proof my actual current and past oppression. In other words my attempts to address the direct and proximate cause of my homelessness by seeking the help of you Commander and other such "public servants of mine". Your failure to respond eased none of the injury I sustained as a result.
5. Previously, having apparently convinced VA attorney Susan Johnson that such long term oppression had in fact occurred to me by using a motion I filed in the Staunton, VA Circuit Court, Johnson sends me contact info of civil rights attorney named Jeremiah Denton in VA Beach along with a lengthily published opinion showing Denton's successful representation of another citizen basically "tortured" by his "doctors". I supplied Denton info. Call his office repeatedly. Only talk to his secretary who states they can't help. I never speak to attorney Denton so he does not tell me I don't have cause of action or anything whatsoever. Every attorney I approach refuses to help. None, and I mean no one, will discuss the issues, evidence, etc. It is if I am forgotten as soon as I leave the room. A "phenomenon"? I went to Christian Broadcasting Corp. in DC. First welcomed in and allowed to explain my claims and evidence. I was given a phone number to call, but decided to come back week later. As soon as I arrive and am noticed, door appears to electronically lock, secretary is seen departing her working area. I come back later, approx. 30 minutes. Security and Secretary come to door but refuse to open. It appeared they were "terrified" of me or my info or something else? Your friend and your neighbor, Thomas R. Zakrzewski, JD. "Tree Maker Welcome Here." End of email.
Disappointed to come from your facility just now having seen that the facility is and has been closed since Christmas. You do wonderful work for those in danger from this weather. In the past, you have had a "no kick out" policy on exceptionally cold days like today. Can you let us know when you will again be open so that we can bring food donations?

WELCOME. Join us Sunday Morning @ 11:00 am for a celebration & praise of God that will "rock your soul and roll your blues away!" www.youtube.com/risinghopeVA

Thanks to everyone who helped make our first Empty Bowls event a success! We enjoyed some great soup and learned more about food insecurity and how to help our neighbors. Thank you Juan Pablo Echeverria from Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food & Agriculture for being a part of tonight’s program. Thanks to John Densham for making the amazing soup and to Cookie's Custom Creations for the cookies and cupcakes. Our bowls were donated by Lorton Workhouse Arts Center, Kiln Club DC, and Claycraze. We hope to see everyone again next year.

[10/04/21]   Announcement for this week:

Rising Hope will the closed this week for our quarterly sabbath. There will be no food pantry distribution this week. (We doubled up last weeks distribution.) However, there will be to-go lunches offered from 12-1:30pm Tuesday through Friday.

What is a Sabbath Week for Rising Hope? This work is very rewarding and it is amongst our greatest joys. However, this work is also very demanding on our staff and volunteers. We love it, but sometimes it is very easy to forget about taking care of ourselves or catching up on the day to day tasks that sometimes get pushed aside. The sabbath week, built in once a quarter, is an effort of renewal (physically, mentally, and emotionally) for our staff and volunteers.

The Sabbath week at Rising Hope is a time for staff training (this week we will be learning about the necessity of radical hospitality from Rev. Randy Evans. We also have our very own Cyndi Jones offering training on how to use Narcan and other life saving measures.) This is also a week of spiritual renewal and an overall reset of our workspaces so that we might best serve our community.

Of course, if you have an emergency need please contact us at 703-360-1976 and we would be happy to help or point you in the right direction.
