We look forward to fellowship with you all!

[11/01/20]   Today, our doors will reopen for Worship Service at 10:30am. As always, the health and safety of our members is PRIORITY.

Masks/Face Coverings are still mandatory and we ask that social distance is observed.

For those of you who choose to enjoy the services from your home, we will still use Zoom for phone and video to live stream the service.

After today, we will provide an update in regards to our next date for face to face service.

[06/07/20]   Although on June 5th, we entered into Phase 2 of the Governor's Act regarding Covid-19, First Union will remain closed temporarily until we have taken all the appropriate measures including disinfecting our building. The safety of our members is of the utmost importance, therefore we will keep you updated on our plans for reopening. In the meantime, we will still have virtual service each Sunday beginning at 10:30am. We will also still collect tithes and offerings on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.

We are excited to share with you our new electronic method of giving soon!

We love you all and please remain prayerful and safe!

KINGDOM VALUE

Pastor Compton spoke from Matthew 18:1 as he continued the series "Giving Him the best of me"..

We are reminded that we should commit our ways to him and put our own will into submission to do HIS will

God is deserving of our very best!

Rev. Bobby Rhodes "Help my Unbelief"

Mark 9:14-24

Being in a faithless generation....we must reflect on when Jesus took Peter, James, and John to a mountain top...they saw Jesus transfigure into a supernatural being...he revealed his glory to them just as he does still today.

We must believe that he is capable of doing exceedingly and abundantly.

Jesus is Devine!

Pastor Dexter J. Compton Sr. brings the word today

"LIFE BEYOND THE BOAT" Matthew 8:26

Faith is the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things not seen...

God desires to answer our prayers through our faith and belief....FAITH embodies TRUST. We should not confine ourselves to the "boat" or our current situation...if God is calling us to it, he will definitely bring us through it!

"The VALUE of the Valley"

Pastor Dexter Compton spoke from Psalm 23, "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadows...." which tells us that if we are positioned under his will, we are ensured his protection, EVEN in the valleys .

God's promise is that we will experience his safety even during the storms..

The Good Shepherd will always be there as our rod and staff. GLORY BE TO GOD!!

08/12/2019

[08/04/19]   Pastor Dexter Compton shared God's word from Psalm 34:17...."The righteous cries and the lord hears..."

This reminds us that he is EVER faithful even in the midst of the storms in our world!

God is sovereign and still in control! Bless you all on this beautiful Sunday
