Ps 15

LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the

truth in his heart.

3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour,

nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear

the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the

innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved. KJV

Ps 15:1 "LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy

holy hill?" The tabernacle and the holy hill are referring to the ark of

the covenant. That is where the abiding presence of God was and where the

people gathered to worship. Those worshippers had clean hands and a pure

heart. (Ps 24:3) Are you longing for His presence and His glory? It is for

those that spend time in the presence of the Lord. Maybe that is something

that you never thought to do. It is in His glory where we are transformed

into His image. 2 Cor 3:18 says "But we all, with open face beholding as in a

glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to

glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." KJV

The Lord Spoke to one

writer and said "Soaking in My glory is the only way to receive this abiding

love. Child of God, be one that values and prizes the presence and the

glory of God. Treat His presence with utmost care, for it is precious.

What a great King we serve! In Luke chapter one, the angel brought a beautiful answer to Mary. The Bible says the angel, Gabriel, was sent by God to Nazareth to the house of Mary with a message.

Listen, God still sends angels and He knows your address. God sent the angel to tell her she would be visited by the Holy Spirit, and the power of the Most High God would overshadow her and Jesus would be born.

Jesus in your situation causes impossible things to become possible. Know this, God is ready to dispatch angels to your aid if you will invite Jesus into your life. He will come and the miraculous will happen. Luke 1:37 says very clearly “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” Jesus is called “God with Immanuel “or” us.” So start expecting divine intervention and help in your life today.

8 Formy thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Words, words, words! What kind of words are coming out of your mouth? Are you speaking doubt and discouragement? Are you speaking defeat, that you can’t do something? Finances what are you speaking that you are financially broke? In contrast, speak words that declare who you are in Christ Jesus. “I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. My God supplies all my needs according to His riches in Glory. By His stripes I am healed.” Your words give direction to your life. What we say is important. What you do is also important. Speak and then act according to those good things that are coming out of your mouth. Receive God’s goodness in your life. Lastly, tell your testimony to others. These 4 things will give you God’s direction and purpose in your life. 1. Speak victory, 2. Act on it. 3. Receive it. 4. Tell it.

Child of God, Rejoice evermore and again I say rejoice.

1 Cor 3:6-9
6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth;
but God that giveth the increase.
8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall
receive his own reward according to his own labour.
9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are
God's building. KJV

You are God's husbandry, or vineyard, farm. field, or garden. You see, we
were purchased with a great price, the shed blood of Jesus. We have become
God's field or garden. When planted and watered, God will cause the garden
of your heart to produce 30, 60, or 100-fold. We must hear the word so it
can be planted into our hearts. The little lady with the issue of blood
heard about Jesus, and the word was planted like a little seed in her heart.
She said to herself, "if I can just touch the hem of his garment, I shall be
healed.". I believe she said that over and over and when she heard Jesus was
near, she broke man's traditions and pushed her way into the crowd and
finally she was able to touch the hem of his garment. Virtue went out of
Jesus and He said "Who touched me?" The little lady came trembling and told
everything. Jesus said to her "your faith has made you well." The seed
that was planted in her heart grew and produced. You can have a bumper crop
after bumper crop as you fill your heart full of the word and allow you
heart to be watered and God will give the increase.

Ps 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD: and the people whom he
hath chosen for his own inheritance. KJV

This week-end marks 245 years since the declaration of independence was
declared July 4, 1776. It came with great price. George Washington with
great resolve instructed his men to fight to win or to die. Freedom was not
free and came with the cost of many lives. The signers of the Declaration
of Independence knew that this could cost them everything; their lives,
their fortunes, and their families. Here is an excerpt of the document that
gives the U.S. our independence and our freedom. "We hold these truths to
be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by
their Creator with certain inalienable rights and among these are life,
liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Today, we are once again are fighting for our religious freedom. It is a
time for prayer and fasting as we beseech God for this country. It was the
great awakening that saw us through the difficult times of the American
Revolution and also the Civil War. 2 Chron 7:14 gives us vital instructions
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and
pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear
from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." KJV
Many Pastors and Christian leaders are coming together in unity to pray and
seek God for this country. Let us remember the Psalms 33:12 "Blessed is the
nation whose God is the LORD: and the people whom he hath chosen for his own
inheritance."

Have you noticed that when we are around somebody who walks in unforgiveness it is easy to pick up offense? Don't do it! When you pick up offense drop it like your holding a snake a viper just drop it.
Mat 18:7 - “Woe to the world because of offenses! For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes! NKJV
We are never justified to walk in unforgiveness. As we pick up offense we try to justify what that person did or what we think they did justifies anger, bitterness and unforgiveness. We do not have that right to walk in unforgiveness.
Luk 6:37 - “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.NKJV
Forgive and you will be forgiven, that says much about walking in unforgiveness doesn't it. I want to be forgiven. That bitterness, that lump that builds up, that lump of anger and hate it is like a sickness, a cancer. That sickness begins to spread consuming your thinking, you begin to justify the hate. Whatever happened becomes huge, taking over a part of your life. You find ways to show you are right, a duty and you have a purpose of punishing that person. Excluding and removing them from your life. Bitterness begins to leak onto your spouse, children and companions. We become consumed our heart hardens and our spiritual sight is clouded.Stop! Check your heart! Forgive, pray and walk in love. Pull out that deadly root of bitterness.
Heb 12:15 - looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled; NKJV
For your sake and those around you walk in forgiveness and love. Let there be healing all around you.
Eph 4:31 - Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.Eph 4:32 - And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. NKJV

Luke 1:17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. KJV



Happy Father’s Day to all our wonderful Fathers. The Godly bond between father and children shows us what an earthly bond we can have here on earth with our children.



First of all, the heart of a father is to give. That wonderful passage in the Bible in the Bible, John 3:16, speaks the heart of our Heavenly Father to us, “…for God so loved that he gave…” We can imitate our Heavenly Father by expressing our love and giving our love to our children. In 1Samuel 18:3, we see that Jonathan and David made a lasting covenant with each other. They loved each other more than anything in this world. In our hearts, we can covenant with our own children or earthly father to love each other and give to each other for ever.



Second Cor. 9:8 says that, “God is able to make all grace abound toward you…” We can make God our example (an earthly Father) of always allowing the grace of God to deal in every situation. This passage also shows the ability of God to give grace to His children

.

We also see (1Cor.9:8) God wants us to have all sufficiency and abound to every good work. What an exciting way to honor your heavenly and earthly father from a position “having all things.”

Mark 9:23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Heb 11:33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. KJV

Do you have a God-given dream or vision? Does it seem far-fetched and impossible? Remember Jesus said "all things are possible to him that believeth." I want to emphasis that we don't just sit idly by and do nothing assuming that dream will come to pass. The Lord gave Joshua and the children of Israel the land but they had to go into that land and possess it. (Hebrews 11:33,34) Through faith they ".... subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens." It takes patience, faith, and a lot of hard work. They believed in their God-given vision and with faith in God's word they could actually see that dream become a reality. May I admonish, go in a possess your land. Child of God, rejoice, the land is before you.

1 Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: KJV

Growth! How wonderful to see your natural children and growing and developing. We in the body of Christ should always be growing in God. Newborn babies will cry out for milk-to be nursed and loved. Even as mother's milk causes growth, so the milk, of the Word will promote growth. Years ago, there was a mother in my neighborhood that had a little baby. She gave the baby a lot of "Kool-Aid." When the babies' teeth came in, they were already rotten. A neighbor found out and was able to help her with the right care and also medical dental help. She had no idea she was bringing harm to her baby. So, it is with us. If we have a diet of "As the World Turns" and other garbage, it will stunt your growth and produce "rottenness in your bones." So where do we start with this growth? The Word of God, Prayer, Bible studies, good habits and sharing with others what God has done for you. Be consistent in those good things and you will grow by leaps and bounds. It won't be long and you will move from milk to meat enjoying the "steaks" that God has for you in his Word. May you be blessed and increase and abound in the knowledge of our Lord!

Memorial Day: The sacrifices men and women in uniform have made for our country is huge. Many gave their lives for this country so that we might have freedom. Some came home wounded for life. It was a sacrifice they made for the United States of America. This week-end, we are remembering them. It is not just a holiday to go boating or fishing. Today we want to honor all of the service men and woman. Thank you and God bless you.
There was another great warrior who gave His life as a ransom for ours. His name was Jesus.
When Jesus was crucified, the devil thought he had won. One bible footnote says that , "He put off the principalities and powers". They thought they had won the victory, but Jesus met the requirements or demands of justice. Jesus threw back the principalities and power and in an awful battle, He triumphed over them. He made a public show of them. Rotherham's translation of Hebrew 2:14 "...in order that through death He might paralyze him that had the dominion of death, that is the devil."
Jesus paralyzed Satan! He put him to shame and to naught. There is great authority in the Name of Jesus that He achieved through conquest. You now have a legal right to use that name that is above every name. No wonder the devil trembles when you use that name. Beloved, with God invested authority, use that precious name.
